Well the entire series is one big prologue that sets up for its sequel. Epic scenes like ep3 will come i assure you.

Noa easily became my favorite in this series after this weeks episode, and i must say a part of that is thanks to the wonderful Takahashi Mikako. Such an adorable yet strong voice.

The whole 11 novel series IS a prologue

From all I've heard things don't really hit the fan until the 2nd series.

Well, not really, shit start getting serious midway through the first series. But yes, the main story is in the second series. But you seriously need this one to understand Ryner, Ferris, Sion and their relationship.

I fell asleep during most of episode 8, but was wide awake seeing the previews for episode 9. Looks like we'll be seeing Ryner's GAR mode again...

Sometimes, I'm wondering if Sion still knows what he's doing anymore. He knows that Milan will probably be taking things too far in an ends-justify-the-means kind of way, but he still keeps him around, thinking to himself that such things are necessary. It's like he's confused, and tries to sound convincing for his own sake.

It's a pretty dangerous mindset for a king, to have such a wavering mind no matter the kind of ruler he is. I wonder what Lucille thinks of Milan.

well i think there will be a s2 cuz.. funimation had taken this...it means they are chance that it can be popular...popular=more funds=wants more=make another season!

Well yeah, but the thing is, it's not really that popular. Not on the net atleast. Though I have heard that this is one of the most talked series on 2chan. So it might be popular in japan.

And who are in Ryner's harem then? Doesn't seem like Ferris is one of them as she doesn't really show affection towards him, while other characters doesn't seem that badass really.

Well, the relationships between Ferris haven't really developed at this point in the show. The identity of the members in his current harem within the Lightnovel would be spoilerish, if you wish i could PM it to you.

Spoiler for episode 8: Even though it wasn't as bloody as episode three I'm still surprised at how gory the show is. With all the bright colored outfits you'd think it would be pretty bloodless but then the animators just go to town with the blood spatter effect. This episode just felt a little rushed which is understandable since we're doing what, a LN every three episodes? Think I would've liked the rebellion better if it had been spread out over two episodes (switching between that and what Ryner and Ferris are doing although it looks like stuff is about to go down next episode). And add me to the list of people waiting for the next episode, it looks pretty darn epic. __________________ If it has a plot I have something to say about it! Twitter time!
