We are looking to start Naruto Shippūden when it airs, however our current translator can not do more then one seires a week. Thus we are looking for a translator for whichever they want. Requirements: The translator should have very good knowledge of Japanese and be able to put it well into English, something that was picked up from watching anime is just simply not enough (if it was I could be doing it right now ). It would be also appropriate if you have seen the prequel, so that you will be familiar with the characters and their style of speech. Also, the biggest requirement is not to go AWOL, which has happened twice already (with a translator as well). Previous experience is of course welcome.

Also, when applying please include any previous projects that you worked on.

I would like to add that the translator will only need to work on the dialog and signs of a single dual-episode (~36 min total). The songs and the first dual-episode are already translated. This is only a one-time deal, so once you finish what you need to do, you can return to your previous business. Your continued presence (or at least contact info) would be appreciated, however, in the event that questions do come up.

Note: martino will be away for the next few days, so contact me instead. Please PM, as I don't often check channels, and stick around as I may not be present when you arrive.

Positions Needed: Translator is our main need... must know Japanese and English fluently and be able to translate from one to the other of course. We could also use more timers, encoders, typesetters, editors, and distro... however they aren't necessary for us to be able to get out a release right now.

Shows: Tantei Gakuen Q Jdrama Special (Detective Academy Q), Detective Conan JDrama Special, and any anime/live action any staff, including the translator, would like to do!

Evolution-Fansubs originally tried to form in Summer of 2006, however due to being unsuccessful at finding a translator, we never were able to start up.
We are not only going to do these projects, nor do we want to only do these projects. We are willing to do anime as well!
