Probably because of where it's being published and like. This is for all intents and purposes a kinda typical manga teen romance only in a different skin, and with more sensible protagonists.
Doesn't mean they aren't under same constraints as other couples.

Officially, she's 16 in the manga (immortality not withstanding).

That aside, as to your earlier sex question, I'm thinking, "Do you not know what manga magazine Tonikaku Cawaii is sold in?" This isn't some H-manga magazine publication, nor some ultra-ecchi seinen title. So of course you aren't going to see then boinking. The hints in the omake chapters for the tankoubon release are as much as you are going to get.

No offense, but I don't understand this willful ignorance on the part of some readers of this manga. The adults in the room bloody well understand that an 18-year old boy and a 16-year old girl would be going at it like rabbits. That said, these same adults should also understand that a manga magazine targeting boys to their early teens isn't likely to be filled with graphic sexual content for adults to fap to.

OK, chapter 92 came out. It is a short chapter (my review will go up tomorrow on my blog). But it has an interesting flashback sequence to start things off.

It doesn't have to be explicit (see Nanatsu no Taizai in the same maganize) but I really thing this doesn't carry their premise to their fullest and again, the age thing is meaningless after marriage.

Ch147 says it’s the end of Part 1, then Part 2 of the story under the title Fly Me to the Moon that takes place 1400 years ago will start next week. But Ch148 of the present timeline story will continue few weeks later. So is Ch148 the start of Part 3?

No, part 2 starts from chapter 148 in a few weeks. Fly me to the Moon is considered a different series.

Right, it never said Part 2 is the new series. So to sum it up:

Tonikaku Kawaii takes place in the present timeline with Part 1 ends at Ch147 and Part 2 starts at Ch148. Fly Me to the Moon is a different series that takes place 1400 years ago.
