I only watched it because I was a little .... tense because I was that curious (as I am sure everyone was) of how and why Goro broke his right arm. I still don't understand it though ^^ and a subbed would be REALLY appreciated. Take your time though when you need it ^^.

It was clear hahaha, just everything in between from when he went to Fukokou to actually breaking his arm and such (which the movie is explaining)... after all, they just finish up the Yokohama little league and then just drops us in Middle school where Goro begins using his left hand.

Beautiful bit of animation that was and reminded me just how much I loved S1 like others mentioned before. Not to say the subsequent seasons sucked or anything, but it was never quite what S1 was...ya know?
Ah anyway I enjoyed it immensely and the ending during the credits was indeed classy. Much love for MJN bringing it to all us baseball bakas.

Only sad thing is that this is probably the last we see of Kid Goro - unless they make another "bridge" move when he's 12 or 13 and learning to pitch lefty, but that seems unlikely.
Finally, I claim post 1000 in the name of the world's greatest "Major" fan (me)...
