Are you talking about confession with vocal? 'cause confession isn't "dear you", the vocal version is from Yours, another cd by Dai with remakes of the game ost, and vocal versions of confession, sora no mukou, sora yume and another version of thanks, all talking about shion/satoshi history.. you can read it here and has a link with download too =) but i think you can find it in higurashi music discussion topic
