A friend of mine told me that it's revealed in one of the Sound Stages that Chrono sleeps around on Amy a lot. I'm kind of disappointed... I always thought Chrono was a great guy. Never would've expected that he would do such a thing.

I'd like to ask your friend which Sound Stage he was listening to. Sure, Chrono hangs around with a lot of girls, but considering the majority of the cast in Nanoha are girls, that's all but impossible to avoid.

So far, I've yet to hear anything even remotely suggestion Chrono is cheating on Amy. Drinking tea with Carim is not cheating on Amy.

Are you sure that wasn't just wishful thinking on his part? He's not one of those Fate/Chrono shippers is he? Someone who was somehow surprised when Chrono and Amy ended up together -- like it wasn't blatantly obvious from the first scene they shared?
