XD Yes it is... but I think they might have put a bit more emphasis on the "emotionless" eyes for 10032 cause of her role. Idk... it might only be because her goggles aren't on her head so you're more focused on her face. *shrugs*

But officially? Yeah, Kazakiri Hyouka is the top student for Kirigaoka high school.

It's a school that specializes in rare abilities, in comparison Tokiwadai focus on the more common abilities.
