Between Tuesday and Monday I've been in Amsterdam and I filled up my camera and spare memory card with pictures. Many of them aren't anything special, or are of friends or misbehaviour, but out trip to the zoo on Sunday got me some worthwhile shots. I won't spam so much this time.
Firstly, here's a stereotypical Amsterdam view (these are thumbnails again): It's hard not to take good pictures of animals up close: Especially when they're so keen to pose: SCC |

Great pictures everyone! This is eye-candy!
ZhanDVG > I'll have to agree with Hellychan, it sure looks like a chase scene! Hellychan > Damn. Those picture are amazing. But things like that are even more amazing when you see it with your own eyes! And also, welcome back. EDIT > Hmm, hopefully I'll find some nice photos too.. I wish I could take nice photos, but they always turn out as really boring, B-looking ones. Oh well, I'll share some anyway! Just give me some time to find the best ones.. |

Okay, a few pics now..
Before posting, I'm gonna have to tell you to expect nothing, since these pics are (in my opinion) not that great. Here they are! Hellychan > Indeed, Jiyuu e no Shotai is one hell of a song! Can't wait till we europeans can hear it live! (Not that it ever will happen though) EDIT > Oh, don't know if I said it.. But welcome back! |

How can you people just let this thread die?
Oh well, I'll post some ok-pictures of.... CLOUDS! That's all! And mantidor > Sorry for the late answer. The pictures in my previous post were taken in Crete (or do you say Creta?). These were all taken with my mother's Sony Cyber-shot. Last edited by Babak; 2004-09-14 at 13:17. |

Florida 2003
These were taken when I went to Florida last year. There was a hurricane floating around but all it did was made it rain on and off while increasing the humidity and bug population.
Spoiler for waves:
Spoiler for more waves:
Spoiler for cove/bay/inlet:
Spoiler for dusk at the place I was staying:

We can feel the coolness from this pic, really nice! Wow Babak! Those clouds are beautiful! I like the view and how the sunlight goes through them! ^^ It seems like you were on a high point ( to take them ) And Spiggy, water is an amazing element! I love every picture which has water in it I took another sunset pic ^^; *can't help immortalizing pretty sceneries* and a little close up Don't worry Babak, I won't let this thread die

Good gravy Hellychan...that's a BIG sunset pic!!! I really like the second one, it kind of reminds me of how some flames dance over a propellant. I know it sound pyro-ish but that's what it reminds me of. ZhanDVG - that's an incredibly detailed shot of your record player....I didn't think too many people had those any more??? I can't believe not too many people know that there were things before CDs and cassettes. SirJeannot - weirdness....it's cool. I wanted to take a shot of a full moon that was just HUGE. It looked as if it would scare you when you turned around a corner but alas....I was too pooped to grab the camera when I made it in and drive back out to get it.

SCC, I took them from my back yard ^^;
Each time (almost) the sun sets, I take a look there and when I like it, I take a shot Spiggy > That doesn't sound pyro-ish at all, actually I thought quite the same
