Ok, out of all possibilities of what can happen in next chapter, I didn't thought of sumo wrestling.

Anyway, here on Kodoku blog is quite interesting speculation as to what is 'Auribus oculi fideliores sunt'
(I'll reffer to it from now on as AOFS)

Here is a summary:

Going back we find a refference in chapter 47 when Uiharu found Saten's urban rumors site and immediately deleted a file with a photo of a person she knows about.
Also if you look closely, Saten noticed what she did (or at least what she was looking for)

TLTR : 'Auribus oculi fideliores sunt' is the name of SATEN'S URBAN RUMORS SITE.
It means believe more in what you see than what you hear or in other words seeing is believing, it's a perfect name for her site.

I wonder how many more arcs this manga can go through? Considering Misaka is a level 5 the only real threats she can face are other level 5's. And so far she's on the third of those, leaving only 3 more. Also I doubt the 6th level five will be introduced in Railgun.

Well the first powerful enemy (Kiyama) wasn't a level five so I might be worrying about nothing.

I doubt the accelerator again have highlighted story, unless he is working behind the scenes, after the events of the Battle Royale both Mugino and Kakine also be avoided if they are to be used will have to be brief, is even less options, I bet all my money that Mikoto does not meet magicians, my hope is Sugita becomes a protagonist to prolong the story, although it is nice to see minor characters are best explored, still gets that feeling that they are small fish in a world full of sharks.

Come now, as long as you've read To Aru, you should know that you don't have to be a certain level to be a threat. The people that Accel gets beaten around by is a big example

Railgun manga was supposed to be Kuroko's story, before editor changed it to Mikoto's.
So it's possible it will end once Kuroko (not Mikoto) gets her own story(ending).
Considering Mikoto practically left her behind since vol. 16+-, it can easily mean that Railgun manga will get another arc or two, before it hits that volume and ends.
