I finally watched the doujin, and Hayate's hair looks like her Force incarnation, plus the doujin begins with Agito apparently scolding them(or Signum alone) for something. I wonder if this takes place after(or during) Signum's recovering.

From the Touhou Project franchise, that is Morichika Rinnosuke, one of only five male characters known to live in Gensokyo, out of a cast of dozens and dozens and dozens of females.
The others being a half-phantom badass grandfather swordsman who has never shown his face, a retired flying talking turtle, a living cloud, and the unnamed father of Kirisame Marisa, the Black-White Witch. Rinnosuke is half-youkai, of unknown age. He used to work for Marisa's father in their family store before opening his own antiquities shop. He has the power to intuit the name and purpose of any object he sees, though unfortunately not how to use them or make them work. He understands that a computer is a familiar that helps you calculate and remember things, and you play games with it, but he won't necessarily understand that it needs electricity to run. (Amusingly, the reaction he got from a Gameboy was something like "take over the world". He treats it much as Yuuno would treat a Jewel Seed.) Of the many knowledgeable folks in Gensokyo, Rinnosuke is unique in that he's easy to find (just visit his shop) and actually willing to give you a straight answer. No one knows where Yukari lives, and she won't tell you anything unless it amuses her. Once, she had forgotten something, and went around Gensokyo deliberately asking people for an answer she knew they couldn't supply, and was annoyed when someone got the drop on her and asked her the question first... which actually forced her to remember the answer that she herself had forgotten. I'm not sure Yukari is entirely sane, from a conventional point of view. Her friend Yuyuko is just as bad. She also lives in the world of the dead, being the queen of the dead, and she's protected by a dedicated young swordwoman who isn't very happy to have living invaders in the Netherworld. Mima hasn't appeared in forever, assuming she wasn't retconned out of existence. But she's also not a very cooperative sort, and generally more trouble than she's worth, unless you happen to be big trouble yourself. No one knows how long Yuuka's been around, or whether or not she was paying enough specific attention to the world around her to answer many questions in the present. Assuming she doesn't just break you in half for fun. And I'm rambling on. Basically, Yuuno would find Rinnosuke to be great company and a delightful well of interesting information, and Rinnosuke would find Yuuno to be the same thing. Beyond that, Rinnosuke claims that he doesn't know how to fight at all. Reimu and Marisa wonder how he's survived as long as he has if that's the truth. |

Hayate's hair and outfit are taken directly from the 4th Megami sound stage, which took place 2 years after StrikerS.
