Hey I want a manga where a character male character get stranded on island like let's lagoon and other manga about only man on island full of woman

Eden no Ori. Fantastic series that's still publishing. It's about a group of schoolkids who get stranded on an unknown island after a plane crash.

Nasasarete Airontou is quite good. There's also an anime adaptation.

I'd 2nd both Eden and Nagasarete Airantou, more so Nagasarete Airantou.

Umi no Misaki - well not so much stranded or even island full of women but guy that arrives at island and gets a 3 girl harem. Very slice of life and slow going but great series none the less.

Shina Dark - Demon Lord wakes up after years of slumber to find his island is full of women.
The big problem with this series is it's stopped at chapter 20 and no news on it continuing and very sadly I have my doubts it ever will(still hoping I'm proved wrong on that)

7 Seeds, Though its about a lot of different people being stranded. The plot is kinda like Lost without the retarded twists.
