I could feel something for her if she had done something that she couldn't undo or do something about it in general. Yet all she does is being a damsel in distress with the most imba of all powers that allows you to undo anything in time...
So why would I feel sorry for her? She can reject Rukia and Aizen out of existence and get Ichigo for herself. |

Orihime has issues. She is TOO dependent on Ichigo. In SS it wasn't as in your face so it was kinda cute, but now she seems to be a bit of a "case' for me. She is so stuck on her image of Ichigo that she ignores all else and, see play DID so that he can be her white knight/prince charming and come save her when she has some pretty powerful powers of her own IF SHE HAD THE WILL TO USE THEM! Plus is pissed me off she made that big ass promise about getting stronger and protecting everyone and how she would look at Ichigo's back anymore but fight beside him and crap and WHAT does she do the entire HM arc?
Spoiler for What she does in HM::

but it was Ichigo's voice that said "stay out of my fights"
SakuraHououji-NoMiko You seem to have missed a few things such as: Going to HM in the first place was to protect everyone as she had the non choice of going or haveing EVERYONE she knew wiped off the face of the Earth. Once she got there she made the plan to destroy the orb once she got a chance, trying to escape goes against the very idea of this plan. Um who does she barely help? the only persons Ichigo asks her to heal are Grimjow and Nel and at the time he was hurt much worse then Nel was. It's not like she has been free for much of the arc or had time to heal anyone.

Plus she didn't come up with the plan to destroy the Hougyoku until Aizen showed it to her, so what was her original plan or did she even have one and was gonna wing it? How can she destroy it when she can't even move around on her own and has no way to get access to it? Did she really think that she had all the time in the world to find that "golden moment" to strike and that her friends would just sit by and somehow KNOW what happened to her/what she was planning? Did she think AIZEN would give her the chance? And by barely help, I mean she did all that training and made those big promises to FIGHT and HELP but she barely does it. I'm talking about once she was freed. It's not like her ability to heal is the only one she has. She wants to stand around watching Ichigo fight so bad, even Ulquiorra questions her about it. Did I epect her to go around HM on her own while Ichigo stays back and fights? No, I know that would be too much to ask, but did I expect her to be more proactive instead of so "woe is me" yes I did! Where is the resolve she was suppose to have developed? Nowhere do I see her resolve. You can THINK big thoughts all you want, but if you don't follow thru then those thoughts mean NOTHING. Like I've said of her promises before, they were nothing more than bad New Year's resolutions. |
