Blurring effect is used to show a character's speed but I don't think the relative speed of the opponent matters. For example, if Lee uses Omote Renge, it doesn't matter if his opponent is Gaara or Itachi, he's going to be drawn with the blur effect simply to show the move emphasizes speed.
In this battle with Kakuzu, it doesn't seem like Naruto was using any abnormal speed. Not only are there no visual clues, but there are no comments from the other characters regarding Naruto's speed whereas everyone commented on how fast Lee and Sasuke were moving. It seems like Naruto's whole strategy was to make up for his lack of speed. There would be no need to send out multiple KB to distract Kakuzu if Naruto was so quick that Kakuzu couldn't track his movements
Oh, so that's the reason he told him not to use that justu.
In that case the emphasis is on his relative speed when he is powered up (gates opened) compared to his normal speed. Also that effect is cool however the fastest ninja are not portrayed with it, they simply appear at a place out of nowhere, for example Sasuke simply appeared in front of Naruto, or the jounins in the chuunin exam suddenly appearing between the genins (between Hinata and Neji, Gaara and Lee). Even if Naruto had 3 clones, or even more clones he would not be able to reach Kakuzu and strike him if he had only normal speed, just look at Kakashi, he was on the defense all the time despite his eye. Even if Kakuzu is not that fast as Itachi, but his tentacles are very fast and they can attack on multiple opponents at the same time.

Yes, but my main point their overconfident over fighting Akatsuki is not based on Dumbness, this point here is really very different to what It is with Naruto case, Assuma and Kurenai just threw themselves Against Akatsuki, without Itachi needing to use his intellect. I maybe would had called dumbness that Asuma or Kurenai didn’t accept Itachi offer. But Itachi didn’t use any tactics to trick them into fighting him or any trick to defeat them.

Quite frankly yes it does reminds of that person acting fool, but The "Dumbness" of Kurenai and Assuma wasn’t falling into a trick made by Itachi, they decided to do that on their own will.
BTW, sometimes the enemy knows better about the strength and weakness of the people, for example, Gai knew how to counter a Sharingan user, while Kakashi needed to ask Gai about that.

The reason why I originally replied was not to Show that Naruto win was not a good one and other stuff, rather, that I failed to see the comparison between that and Itachi and Sasuke, mainly because, the cases on Itachi and Sasuke there were no Tricks used in the Battlefield.
To be honest when you first mentioned that I wasn’t even thinking about Jiriaya been tricked with an Echi tactic, as I said, this was Jiriaya dumbness, but it was a Dumbness that is part of his character.
In the case of Kakuuzu it was A trick used while fighting and it not part of Kakuuzu type of character falling to such tricks (why, Because I really don’t imagine people as Kakashi, Oro, or Yondaime falling into this type of tings). there will be people that say, Kishi didn’t made Kakuzuu less experienced to the benefit of Narutos Tactic, while there will others that said it did happened, what I failed to see, and even do know, is comparing that with the case of Itachi and Sasuke.

if that is indeed true dont u think he would have used it while fighting Orochimaru to help cope with his handycap of being drugged to finish him off. Plus we dont even know of its Wind or a Lightening Based Jutsu, I would say Lightening based off its name so if that was the case it could be possible for Sasuke to stumble apon it but he is more likely pure speed

The part with Kurenai being pregnant was cool, because it explains that despite in shonen manga the romance is not shown but still it is there and couples are made and they give birth to the next generations. The same way a Shika - Temari couple has been announced already, but all the shoujo stuff won't be shown, just the outcome.
Well Shikamaru mentioned that he would train their child...that's it...Kurenai was gratefull..that's it...i dont see any other connections between Kurenai & Shikamaru.
Just like Temari + Shika...they met a few times...probably have become friends but that's it.
I read all the spoilers and one spoiler mentioned that Shikamaru lost to Shikaku? Would that mean that being so smart runs in the family?
One more thing...
For those who had the courage (like me to watch the last few filler episodes) that student of gaara (that girl) wasnt she the same shinobi who praised Gaara that he was so great and all. When dozens of shinobi where there when Gaara got revived. Isnt she the same girl? Or am i mistaken?
I have serious doubts about that spoiler. It's unsually long and like Rahan said, all those scene changes too. There's lines for Shikamaru and Kakashi but Naruto has no dialogue at all which is very odd unless he's passed out from exhaustion, but that should've been mentioned. Sakura, Sai, Tsunade and Yamato also have short and pointless lines. It almost seems like everything is centered around Shikamaru and Kakashi and the author couldn't really think of anything meaningful for anyone else. Oh yeah, and Shikamaru lost in Shougi that doesn't seem to fit. Even if it was his father.
yeah someone said something about naruto not being able to learn the hiraishin because of it probably being a lightning technique - i doubt that. Yondaime also made a certain technique called the rasengan which he was trying to do elemental manipulation to. Now think about it, would it seem right to fuse lightning or any other element besides wind with it? Theres already a raikiri so there is no need for lightning manipulation (plus the rasengan just doesnt look like a lightning ninjutsu... u know?). I'm pretty sure Yondaime was a wind element user (becuz u know that later on they will reveal that he is naruto's father, they look similar too, even kakashi draws comparisons between them), therefore making the yellow flash technique a wind or no element jutsu.
Oh and he rly rly rly needs to learn that technique.. badly.

-I agree, it just doesn't seem to add up. It's too long and pointless (in the sense that we learn absolutely nothing). Of course we cannot be certain wheter or not it's authentic but I doubt it especially if it came from an unknown source.
