Spoiler for Episode 4:

The show had been staying stable since its beginning. The fanservice level isn't quite very present besides the boob jiggling, but behind it is a rather straightforward love story involving Raul and Phino, with harem elements being subtle and doesn't take the story to a down spiraling, which is splendid. Here, I've encountered a second time where the horrible cook trope is subverted, Phino's recipes look bad but tastes great. She's such an excentric when it comes to it, her fang smile never failed me being peaceful with it. The episode even focused on Elsa's character and how she was a kind girl. The opening and ending's animation is now improved, I was pleased with it. I just hoped that many other characters deserve some character development without getting overdone, that's what and how Yuushibu shines with it. Let's see how the other girls can get their own.

For somebody initially so reluctant to work elsewhere, Fino sure ended up having a lot of fun. She learned plenty of useful things as well. She should be able to support Raul better now. Now that Raul has become more aware of the opposite sex, I wonder if the way he sees Fino will change next week. No matter how you look it, she doesn't lose to Nova when it comes to cuteness and sexiness.

The fanservice was kept to a minimum next week. Nova didn't even grace us with a pantyshot. All I noticed was the trademark bouncing.

Lots and lots of bouncing. Even when there shouldn't have been bouncing. Like when Fino was just standing there talking to Airi, Fino's breasts were bouncing. Breasts don't just bounce for no reason, folks!

Crap, I totally forgot to check after the ED (that's the second time it's happened this week). That was pretty funny. Fino has learned a lot but she still lacks common sense. I guess it will still take a while before she becomes a full-fledged employee of Leon.

We haven't seen a single demon besides Fino so we don't know if they all have pointy ears. Even if that's the case, I assume there's a way to hide them with magic.

I'm nothing like an expert on Japanese, but a number of times in anime I've heard someone use ningen (which usually gets translated as "human") in a place where an English speaker would say "person" or "people." And the sentence Lam was saying there was exactly the sort of situation where I would normally see it used that way. I think an ordinary human would also have said ningen (humans) in that sentence, exactly the way Lam did.

There are, of course, plenty times when it is obviously being used differently (most of Fino's exclamations about humans are clearly referring to the human species). I just don't think flashback Lam's use of the word was explicitly intended to be a giveaway.

Certainly think there was enough hints though that Lam certainly isn't human herself. Seems like she came from quite the family though like Fino. This was a good experience for Fino though. Got to learn quite a few tricks and thanks to Lam, how to use magic items without obliterating everything.

Good chance for Raul as well really to get to appreciate how he's changed in this short while.

another day in magical best buy give fino still bit almost improve on working talking then lawson's shop need help give female manager want too but 2nd command go nope so they send fino to lawson for the day.

give fino got pic blast by elza yet raul worry how fino do the lawson sure lava noodles is give elza teach fino yet recall lam's doing in early lawson days works.

yet fino in lawson is quite the help while on magical best buy give raul wonder then old red shirt grab his "light bulb" from female worker give raul wonder if that allow yet she got no probs of it even ask raul to touch her "light bulb"?!

lunch time give seeing fino as lawson & hearing on it raul got oh my to point eat his food in very hot mode then fino make a meal for lawson girls with some sauces, can coffee, meat, etc yet it's tasty.

give lam said it's ok but can't allow to give to customers due to lawson's rule book while raul still being tempt should i go for "light bulb" & airi look for magizine then fino appear give borrow work day for fino.

fino & elza had talk on magic coffee device give recall time elza kid years how amaze of magical items she read on to day she want to have them to lead how she work on lawson to be next door to them.

lam & fino had agree that humans are ok give their reasons on it & fino day on lawson all check give food she make to raul & others yet they like fino's cooking.

now back to normal usual give fino ask for big bag to fit a fridge?!

At least you can say there was some progress though. Raul has developed enough that he at least cares enough to interact with her. Not far enough to take her up on it, but enough that he couldn't help thinking about it .

Great episode as always the beginning was hilarious with Fino comparing the colors to entrails, I didn't know it was green either.

The old man never fails to make me laugh and Rauls reactions were pretty funny.

I think that Lam might be Finos sister because when Fino mentioned her mother her expression changed, or maybe she is Finos real mother that was turned into a teen, ok that's way too out there to be real... or is it?

I wish this episode 4 was how the rest of the series was.
I find myself looking forward to the anime original characters more than the real ones.

And Lawsons setting seem more interesting than a random electronics shop.
