It's one of the fabled threads. It took me a long time to find it, but I haven't had a chance to actually read it along w/ another thread.

That thread was the most memorable night I spent on these forums. I was laughing so hard, haha ohh good times good times. But yeah, that riddle was immediately obvious, too bad I don't stalk this thread like some people

I don't stalk...I hover. And ever since someone got on me in the "curious about closed threads" thread about being lazy and not looking for them on my own by referring to me as an ambulance chaser, I've been on a little vendetta sort of speak. So I've been doing some research in the old forum and the new. Found alot of threads mirror the current. Found out alot of stuff but still learning the ways of the forum member. And you've beaten me quite a few times, you're more knowledgable(sp) about the forum so hehe

Well my toes were at school and Spiggy just happend to be here first . You might have not put a riddle at all and just ask someone to post a link to that thread . I would suggest a hard one next. I enjoyed the one before the hopelesslover one.

Hey, I'll be at ACen all weekend so you can monopolize the contest I just need enough so that I disrupt the balance of power until my return. That last one was friggin' hard. It gave me a headache and I couldn't stop thinking about the damn thing. It was good. The mix isn't bad, it's like a quickdraw contest. Whoever draws the quickest while shooting acurately wins.

Unfortunately after 24 hours we start to give hints. That is when the winning of a round drops to a half a point.

After 9 rounds the score is:
Taboo: 2
Spiggy: 2
_Sin_: 1
lwl12: 1
Lexander: 1
duskphoenix: 0.5

Only 1 riddle has been unanswered so far. Congratulations duskphoenix on finding that thread. It took you a lot of searching with that method. I'm glad that you did decipher the meaning of the riddle. Incidently we decided to use the masculine pronoun for the video since its name was Naruto, the same as its main character so it inherited his gender. That may not be literal, but most of a riddle is metaphor, so it did seem appropriate.

ok, now it's my turn

Round 10

It is a time when men shed their garments of oppresion,
and women lose their shackles of conformity.
The anthem rings true as celebration grows wilder,
the exotic festival lasts for hours upon hours.
But the father would have none of it.
Joyous occasions were not allowed here,
especially not when they're celebrated early.

What is the URL of my thread?

It's a close match! We're half done already. I wonder what the SHOCKING conclusion to the contest will be?

Will the true nature of boneyjellyfish bones be revealed?

Is NoSanninWa a ogre?

Who did the voice of the scary monkey in family guy?

All that and more useless question will probably not be answered in the next episode of

Contest Imazul sucks at!
