Well, for sure it'll be different to Christian lore because there is no concept of dying god that belongs to Osiris.

We also have the Greek Pantheon.

Still, with Islam, I would like to see something like the abilities of Assassin from the Fate series (prayer to Allah in order to ward off wind, right arm of Shayṭān giving curses worthy of bearing the name of the Fallen Angel, etc).

If Muslims were involved, I'm certain they'd introduce the Djinn to expand upon the idea of angels and human beings being fundamentally different, maybe expand upon the Angel Fall arc so many volumes later? That would be...fun. Anything to see more supernatural beings in Index.

Now Egyptology. That I can see happening. With Aleister Crowley and the Telema cult so obviously involved, I'd like to see Kamachi-dono get around involving any Egyptology at any point in time.

Um.... Full Metal Panic LNs apparently have a ton of Allah references... Like a ton. This is due to Sagara-kun being from many different Muslim-practicing countries...

So... If you want a reference to something that could take some Muslim ideas it would be that... FMP does it pretty well I would say...

oh yeah i forgot about that....... FMP has many Islam reference.....

one of the character (the lieutenant who can use martial art with his mecha, and a otaku) is a muslim if i wasn't wrong

but, yeah i admit Islam has a good potential for to aru-verse theory , as long as Kamachi handle it right......., it won't be a problem

And yet, at the same time, such concept might mislead to a wrong way. I'm not against the idea of Islam, I'm more worried about the existence of rabid chanting monkeys, if you get what I mean. It could be discouraging because it might promote a misunderstanding for those without a clear understanding about Islam.

I'm sorry for being skeptical, though.

after watching the anime again after a long time there is only one think i can say: I hope that aleister does not want to become God(science side) to have his revenge side on God(magic side) , and i don't mean an existence like the majin and the lv6 who could be compared to the angels. He is basically creating a new religion and tryng to create another God but i hope there is not a cliche reason.
And i'm starting to wonder what is Touma's ability from the science side(if he has any) that should be different from the one he was born with. Even though Tsuchimikado is lvl 0 is ability is at least a little useful so learning that would give him a tiny powerup before the huge powerup from mastering his power.
As for Touma's memories the only chance i see him taking those back is with magic so that would probably mean at the end of the novel(taking memory from the body itself or the sould and implanting it on the brain).
