I'm one as well... says so right under my picture.

Anyways... I liked the scenes. Once this hell-week is over, I'll try to pay more attention to the thread.

However, that's not exactly the finalized version, and I don't consider this a fanfic. That word has too many negative connotations.

It reminds that I never finished Remote, and half of it was incredibly bad. Well Time for a massive redo again.

And yes, I'm alive; somehow.

*gasp* THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE WORDS *gasp* left....

Stupid, stupid essays. This is only my first, and I have TWO MORE to write... fuck my life. Fuck it.

This coming Thursday, I will be both a) buying myself a new Santa hat, b) relaxing in the no-more-essays lull, c) enjoying the Christmas season, which is the MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE FUCKING YEAR, and d) writing up the rest of the Haruhi subscenes.

Look forward to them then. In December, I have nothing to do other than study for my three exams, all of which should be easy, so I'll probably be able to finish Day Five and Six during that time.

Then we need to at least get a Day Zero pre-demo out to attract talented people by, say, the end of March... it should be our first priority after I finish the first week.

That's all from me for now.

I'm a Californian temporarily living in America. Because obviously, California is its own country.

Of course it is.

Just a thought, what's it like under Arnold? And I'm trying to avoid the economic side of things.

When I hear about talk about California, the first thing that comes up in subject is Governor Schwarzenegger (spelling?) From what I hear, the typical response is "Yeah, he's our governor, but he doesn't do much," or something like that.

My English is terrible nowadays, so forgive me ;-;

Or "He's the governor, but the state legislature is so heavily stacked against him, they can overrule pretty much anything he proposes."

/ Only over here because there's been nothing new for the image thread since last night...

What's this I'm hearing about a VN?

I'm a guitar player, and I can play whatever needs to be played (provided NO JAZZ CHORDS ARE INVOLVED! ). I'm not really much of a composer though (unless you like Thrash Metal). I can play Bass guitar as well.

The only catch is that if I participate, the credits song will have to be "Am I Evil" by Diamond Head.

(joking hurr)

So what's up? I'm personally not a fan of gender bending but I'm always up for helping a fan-made VN of any variety (provided there it's not just a fan-fiction type thing in quality).

I'm really more into synthesized music, the kind of thing you'd find in normal VNs, but... well, I think we can find several uses for epic guitar themes, given the overall tone of some of the routes...

What, exactly, does this mean?

The VN archive can be found here... warning, quality is rather varied: a lot of these I wrote either extremely late at night or when I was extremely bored or depressed. Some of them, however are fantastic, even by my own (somewhat intense) standards. Also, the archive needs some updating... I've written more for Day 5 than is actually on that list.

If you're wondering about the rather strange tone at times, it's because the entire point of this project is to take the entirely too lighthearted Haruhi series, and play most of the tropes involved in an rather dark manner; you know, the way they would be if Haruhi herself wasn't so happy-go-lucky.

All of this is primarily a first draft, keep in mind... scenes that I think suck I'll probably go over again at some point.
