1. What, that was "bad" treatment? Well, it seems you obviously really hated that, but I hardly found that treatment bad nor did I find that a development to make people hate Nymph.
Basically to sum it up, I don't see what you are saying.

2. There is no IMO when it comes to most popular character. Because it refers to the opinions of other people including yourself. The only way you can apply IMO is through denial of reality and creating your own reality.
PS: I assume you are trying to say "loli fans who like flat chested and tsundere attitude" and not "loli fans who are flat chested and tsundere attitude", but anyways, I would like to point out... there's nothing wrong with that.

YES!!!!!! SHE'S BACK!!!!!!!! but really... i pity her a bit for the mechanical addition that were implanted......

i can now finally breathe easy.... guys.... but still... hiyori experienced the 'stroggification' method of replacements... notably her wings.....

i can name two things after this......

Hiyori's add on - Chaos Weapon System

her type - since she's a hybrid..... a Zeta or Rho class will suffice

Nymph is one powerful unit when it comes to electronic warfare.... though i wish she could fire an EMP to make her a force to reckon with....

Nymph needed the upgrade plot wise. Since Hiori also has an EW package that rivals Nymph's default levels she need something else to secure her place as the EW specialist in the gang.

what I mean as "bad treatment" previous post ago...because if some author like his/her character in the manga, he will make the char have such moment that will boost their image to be better, but in Nymph case, Minazuki make her do such horrible act by keep a secret from a person dearest to her (Tomoki) about Hiyori, even tough she know Hiyori is some one that make Tomoki smile and laugh better than her or other person in Tomoki life before Hiyori come.

well we still dont know if her body got fully angeloidzed....or is she hybrid... angel-flesh + robotic parts that will allow her to use weapons and all...

since still she doesnt look like she has any of the standard options of "power/emotions/processing" that ikaros, astrea and nymph have....

hiori is strong, did not lose her own memories, emotions and love for tomoki.... so hard to tell what is she now.... full angeloid (that has memories remained)... hybrid with only few robotic attachment... like those metal gears have been attached on her existing wings (maybe to prevent tearing them off.. as the metal parts hold them together)

anyway I think they mentioned a "Z" which might reffer to "Zeta".... but well I guess she was not completely turned into angeloid... as she required 5chains (arms,legs and neck) to take control over her and suppress her own emotions, memories and personality...


anyway haha maybe Deidalos needs to undergoo similar process to be together with tomoki... just like hiori is now ^^ (she is in her own body and not illusion... tomoki wont forget her anymore...she has stealed his kiss similar how ikaros did... and the most important she is free now... but sad that her body has been modified as she looked cute in that white dress..while now its more like battle armor)

My take is that she's a full body cyborg like Major for GITS. The power/emotions/processing thing was with allocation of finite AI resources. Since such things are add-ons for Hiori for her case they are not applicable.

We have no information if the Angels are indeed fully flesh. They have long lifespans(if they even age at all), Daidalos made Ikaros, and that was a LONG time ago, and she still looks like a girl. They don't seem to be immortal since they can fear death/capture(?).

All the Angels could indeed be cyborgs/androids or with an outer layer of synthetic flesh(Terminator?). I'm guessing if so, they aren't very good at combat/fighting hence making "Angeloids".
If Chaos does "grow-up", that would be something new(if they got mechanical parts, they shouldn't be able to "grow").


Also the Angels in the tubes don't seem to be frozen or in suspended animation, yet they don't acquire food/liquids while "sleeping".

There are many different levels of "immortal", the basic is simply not ageing. I would say that angeloids are robots since they have to be "made" and has a computer AI. Hiori was "turned".

As for the pods we only get a brief glimpse of them and we really don't know how they work.

why flesh... well becouse angeloids dont sleep... so robots dont sleep and dont dream... so it points that they might be real flesh... but I guess we will never learn how that synapse guy did it as i would be too cruel to look on...

....are you serious.... well if soo than look on hiori who woke up from sleeping pod.... she "too has no chains on at that time".... but later as she got changed...synpase guy put on her "5 chains" normaly angelopids (full robots) require only 1 to make them follow the rules.... yet here when a synapse citizen was changed he had to put 5chains to take control over her body and mind (not allow her to resist)

Offcourse that deidalos (the constructor of ikaros,astrea and nymph) has no chains... she hide herself on a tree house and observes tomoki and his party... if she was captured she mostly would end up dead or in similar situation as Hiori.... so she alone with her own hands would have to destroy "her own children [that she made] "

about chaos weapon systems and zeta armor system all.... no information... we can just speculate or wait for translation to see if there are some infos on what the synapse guy did to hiori.....ehhhh becouse she carries the "Zeta" nickname doesnt mean she has a zeta core.... its just a product symbol nothing else (like Alfa,beta,delta, epsilon now zeta)


anyway Hiori should imprint herself to tomoki so he would be with her all the time... and live with him like other angeloids ^^ but I guess she is not fully angeloid... as she doesnt show the standard power ballance that angeloids are applied with like:

Ikaros: very low emotional level... but has strong power and processing
Astrea: very low processing (idiot)... but has strong emotional and power
Nymph: very low (fighting) power...but strong emotional and processing

well Hiori looked like she had: strong power, emotion level (has her old memories and feelings of love and compassion for tomoki)... hard to tell about processing as I doubt she fully changed.... still have to see translation as on page 2 there is a little talk between synapse guy and deidalos on what he did to hiori...

It is still somewhat of a tragedy that she still has the master/slave mentality and can't function properly without it. Her mental trauma is just too great. Ikaros doesn't have that problem while Astrea is simply too dumb to care (or rather, Astrea actually have the will to decide her own future.)
