I don't think that will help him to survive extended periods of time though.

I think that it was said that he spent for about a week in that state. The actual weak point is that, since he is frozen stiff he can't move at all

so even if he can't be killed even when Etzali tried to stab his heart even with spells, he can't move a single inch. It's more of a self preservation mode rather than a combat armor or something shonenish

For the graviton girl ... my bad I made that list on wild guess : actually I didn't really forget her ... I just forgot her name and her ability so I counted her (by inadvertence) in the last 3, (I just remembered there's 10 named level 4 so far to be accurate)

Edit : 11 if we count Misaka worst though >.>

If you include the two telecinetic girls mentioned in railgun manga the LU arc epilogue (they said one of them has pressure of 185000G, can anyone put this in a normal number? or is that girl really capable at multiplying the gravitational constant by 18500, I mean really.. a person with 80kg would weight 1480 tons)
and possible the level upper users that also got to level 4 (and kyiama ofc.) You get that pretty much any level 4 can break down a smaller building or two if they really want to (except the defensive or supportive powers) and the stronger ones (awaki, umidori) can pretty much destroy entire streets given enough time. Kongou might be one of the stronger ones too.

Level 3s: The degree when powers are considered convenient in everyday life, ability-wise this is the Level when one starts to be treated as part of the elite.

Level 4s: Powers of an extent that their wielder acquires tactical value of a military force.

I don't think it gets any clearer than that.

The classification is only for the type of power, how the actual Esper use it is entirely up to them.

In the same line of thought, any household item can be used in 'ways it was never intend for'.
