Are there any anime left in the samurai genre that i havent seen yet/

I have seen the following anime
i give them a rating according to my own taste with smilies
1. samurai champloo
2. shura no toki especialy the chapter about mutsu yakumo
3. tenjou tenge
4. samurai 7
5. samurai deeper kyo
6. peacemaker kurokane
7. inuyasha
(its more adventure ,fantasy and demon genre but the main character had a big sword so i luv it :P
8. ninja scroll (tv series and movies)
9. tsukikage ran (was kinda boring)
10. Grenadier
( not realy samurai more fantasy but the male character used only a katana like sword )
11. rurouni kenshin (and all the ova`s)
12.Bleach (still following the show)

Are there any samurai genre anime that are recently released?
or that i havent seen yet ?

i have also seen hajime no ippo and grappler baki ofcourse it doesnt have anything to do with samurai but any recommendation simmilar to grappler baki is also welcome.
i also love comedy/romance anime that has something to do with maids
i have seen the following anime series with maids

steel angel kurumi (cute android maid desu)
mahoromatic
(this one was also great for a android maid anime but it had a kinda weird ending)
he is my master (i prefer human maids :P)
hanaukyo maid tai
(i watched this series 3 times it would be greater if the episodes where longer)
hand maid may

i would be very gratefull if anyone could give me some suggestions what anime that has one of the two topic i mentioned

In samurai genre ...by the bushido code (hehe) there are 2 more Samurai Gun & Afro samurai or Samurai Afro san.I trying to get my hands on these 2 but have been unsuccesful so far If something turns up about these 2 do msg me
But these are available so I may have to force myself to buy them and also just remembered one more title Samurai Pizza Cats

how the "F" can you miss kenshin, and the kenshin ovas

i have seen all the samurai shows you have seen with me also being a big samurai fan

ninja scroll you have seen, then go watch basilisk, since you prefer ninja scroll in samurai, then basilisk is similar to ninja scroll and imo better.

i guess not all the shows you want are samurais since you pretty much want a show with characters haveing swords.

then i suggest the following

maybe mai hime, unless you are looking for a male character with a sword
hakkeden the legendary dog warrior(traditional samurai show but a 1992 one)
escaflowne maybe
for sure you got to watch bleach
vampire hunter d blood lust
scrapped princess

ahhh that is all i can think of, there were more but i kind of forgot them. I can tell you this most of these shows/movies got comedy, and also a nice amount of romance, or both comedy and romance. To be honest there is not much samurai shows out there which i hate, but there are alot of shows where the main characters got a sword.

and damn it how can you give peacemaker a three star rating, i loved that show, but its your opinion.

also go watch final fantasy 7 advent children for all the hardcore sword action you want.

I forgot flame of recca thre is a cool guy that uses a sword in that show, the show it self is a ninja anime.

anime with samurai

-Lupin the III - Lupin's sidekick is a samurai, its kinda old, manga by monkeypunch. The good thing is this is a comedy-adventure show.
-Sakura wars - female samurai with mecha.
-Harukanaru Toki no Naka de - pretty much like fushigi yuugi but the plot is a lot serious. One among Hachiyou shou is a samurai ( Yoruhisa)
-Tsubasa Chronicle - Kurogane is a samurai too. It's more like an adventure and a lot of fun.
- fight! spirit of the sword - check ann for details. i saw this anime long ago.
- WeiB Kruez aka Knight Hunter - This one is cool. It's original story by koyasu Takehito ( yes the voice actor of mwu/Neo from GSD, zech of g-wing, Ryousuke of Initial D, keiki of 12 kingdom) a lot of sword fight here also.
- Yoroiden Samurai Troopers aka samurai warriors or ronin warriors
- samurai pizza cat - its comedy, mecha, and of course cat as character.
- samurai girl real bout high school - set in present time, school girl anime and its a comedy and its a gonzo production

go watch fate stay night, its a brand new anime that was released on the first week of January, and there is a cool guy that uses a sword, and also a cool girl named saber who also uses a sword, and there are other characters who uses sharp objects. The anime itself is quite interesting, and also has a interesting story.

Is ninja scroll that "bad"?
I thought Ten Ten was bad but Berserk makes it looks like bugs bunny and tweety show.

oh yah ninja scroll is bad, seriously when i watched the movie i did not even expect that much sex,nudity, and rape in it. Its got the good amount of blood and gore.

Berserk anime gots the same, except it aint got the rape, or maybe one scene with a brief child rape.

How about Jubei-chan? Famous samurai reencarnated into girls seems to be popular, I believe thats whats going on in Ikki Tousen and Tenjo Tenge too. Jubei is mostly a comedy. Argh, theres a fairly recent OAV that comes to mind, involved a girl/young woman who i think was a princess or something who is masquerading as a male sometimes (I could be confusing things). It was pretty interesting & animated well, but the ending felt really rushed & felt like it should continue but never did.

Thank you all for your great suggestions
especialy basilisk, i bought the dvd box of basilisk
and watch all 24 episodes in 1 day.
i must say it was a great anime with a sad but good ending.
if anyone has more suggestions simmilar to, or the same genre like Basilisk
i would realy appreciate it if you would post it.

Flame of recca, although it is no way near ninja scroll, and basilisk in turns of the content, and atmosphere, but still a pretty good ninja show.

One Piece has a guy that uses 3 katanas if that's enough for you to watch the show. I think he first appears on the 2nd or 3rd episode. It's not a samurai show though, but it's one of my favourites ^_^
