I am wrong about the masurao in preview.
It's surely Mr.Bu/Gra's Masuro. The color scheme is same as his GN-flag color.

And well...R.I.P. Anew. And seriously that's certainly one of the most stupid thing ever (at least in CG KoR were totally side characters) we didn't get any realy devellopment on screen for her and Lyle (When I think about their beautiful ending scene, what a shame) and finally she is killed like that, so suddenly ?

Is the point to create a way for LylexFeldt ? (she lost her lover/Lyle's twin and he lost his. Comfort pairing ? Threesome with Tiera maybe ?)

Anyway, only 5 episode left to give to Marina a purpose. Cause well That's pretty irritating until then, even Lacus was more useful (and It hurts to say this, really.)

Can't wait to see the subs :')

Setsuna goes to all of that trouble when helping Saji try to reach out to Louise - a woman who not only volunteered to serve in A-Laws, but is their biggest private financial backer to boot - and just one episode ago we are shown how the Meisters can manage to capture a GNZ's escape pod in order to cart the pilot back to the mothership...

...and now there is no way any of that could, or would, be even attempted to try and rescue Anew?


I'm sorely tempted to not bother anymore.

Well the one thing I've long given up trying to understand is how a character who basically amounts to little more then a one shot (and who doesn't even really have a standout character design either) could be so bloody popular. I just do not get Anew's popularity and I never will. I don't care either way if she's in the show or not. I actually cared a helluva lot more when Christina and Lichty died.

Anyway, with Ribbons supposedly controlling Anew I think that was a duel to the death (no ejecting, no running away etc.) and it was either kill or be killed. I'm not sure if Louise is actually that far gone or not that she couldn't be reached by Saji.

AFAIK unlike Louise, Anew was being mind controlled. Even if you could rescue her physically, mentally and psychologically she'd still be an unwilling slave to Ribbons... unless you could somehow sever the link or something.

The Ptolemy will never be able to hide then because Revive/Ribbons would know where Anew is. Make your supplies last longer guys, before you start eating each other when the food supplies run out.

Setsuna's decision was sound. Anew was just far too dangerous to keep alive, unfortunately.

He kinda..did it to save Lyle.
As for Louise , It's not like he plans on spending the rest of his time trying to help Saji or anything . Even Saji realized at the end of the episode seeing Lyle that this could probably be him soon.

I could understand it, if the beam is curved from the start, or if they have prepared some reflectors, but changing its direction in the middle of the field? There goes the realism of this series...

because I wanted Anew to be saved, the way Sakura was in F/SN's Heaven's Feel scenario.

In that, Sakura went from being occasionally mind-controlled by that walking worm-pile Matou Zouken, to being possessed by Avenger/Angra Mainyu once it overcame her ability to resist its influence...

...but despite everything, she was able to be saved - not least because a certain red-head decided that nothing was more important than the life of the one he loved, and an estranged sister decided to risk her own existence to reach out to the one person who was, despite everything, her flesh and blood.


I wanted a way to be found to free Anew from Ribbons' control, even if it took time for it to be done - although one would hope it would not be quite as traumatic an effort for all involved as that which led to Sakura's liberation in HF.


(As an aside, I'm not too keen on HF myself, and I prefer to think there ways to save Sakura from the Matou clan in the Fate and UBW timelines - but for the purposes of this discussion, HF is relevant enough.)
