Norm in asia is to bury, on in recent times has it shifted to cremate due to land shortage. My maternal grandmother was buried. And the bury thing was specifically to be a tradition that was kept in the village in earlier eps.

This is a 2nd time the old skinnies makes me a heart attack.

I thought the docs and the priest preparing a entrapment to lure them inside the room but nothing happened without testing any use method of weaknesses on a western vampire books or perhaps they should make a photo camera shot to proof themselves if they failed to captured it and i wonder what if she dead or turn to a vampire what will the doc do, how will explain to her death.

I know there a next preview but i will avoid that. Its confuse me of what time exact date Megumi went there in that house w/ a doll vampire inside the house now i dont know if that brother is the good or bad guy.

Very interesting. I always thought cremation was more common in Japan for a very long time, but it's a rather complicated history. Certainly true that burial in modern times is very unusual though.

Chiling. Toshio and Seishin have been shown just what they're up against...

The scene when the 'risen' attack the clinic was truly creepy.

I'm so glad this is a 22 episode series. The extra length means they've had time to build up the atmosphere, to smoulder slowly before igniting.

Actually it seems those who have read the novel/manga are worried they won't be able to fit everything in just 22 episodes.

On a completely unrelated note, I remembered this scene from a while back.

Maybe the glass of blood means Sunako doesn't want to directly kill people? I'm so curious about her, she seems so kind, especially compared to Tatsumi.
