Hitsugaya from Bleach will be my main choice, there is so much craziness around him that it is impossible to mention everything.
Just the fact that people always scream "so cute" when they see him and that they put him among a high tier captains almost on Shunsui level is even more annoying =/

He is not that much better than anyone else in the show and Kubo/animators don't have to alway please his fanbase! Because everything that happens around him in the series is usually positive to the point that you want to facepalm.
Him kicking espada 3 without any real scratches was the worst thing ever!

Mio from K-ON also would be a mystery for me... I don't hate her but I don't see anything worthy of being loved so much! All her personality consists of being a scary cat, without everyone else around (especially Ritsu), she would be a huge ZERO!

Probably Hitsugaya from bleach I mean the guy died 3 times all time in this series
but he psycho fanbase has put the fear of god into the creator on not killing him off because if his did died all hell would break loose all over the Bleach nation in my opinion
