Im looking for a OMG THAT WAS AWESOME anime

im looking for an anime where the MC has an incredible power that trumps everyone elses when his angry or what not. And everyone is shocked

I know its not much to go on....i just want some suggestions of anime with this element

Toriko - Guts, gutsu guts! - Plenty of awesome manliness and GAR, about FOOD.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - Apart from 2 episodes in a 26 episode series, the main characters of this -always- kick ass.

Berserk - The main character will make you wet yourself when he's angry.

Sengoku Basara - There is no "main character" per se, but all of the characters in this anime are badasses you would not want to mess with. This one pretty much wins the second place prize for the most "OMG THAT WAS AWESOME" moments for me, behind Gurren Lagann.

For something currently airing, but much less badass, I'd recommend Ben-to - Some fairly good ass-kicking moments so far, but nowhere near the same level as my previous suggestions.

Will edit my post with more suggestions when I think of them.

First, Kiba. Its 51 episodes about a guy really hardcore and... lot of action.
Second, Darker than black. The main guy is pretty awesome.

Don't get confused, matty543. What Ermes Marana wrote there is just the lyric of Bleach's theme song (the actual lyric written in English). He/she just want to recommend Bleach to you (I think).

Heroic Age has a fairly overpowered lead right from the beginning.

Also, DBZ and Fist of the North Star have this obviously, being old battle shows.

I'll throw in a little odd suggestion, CAT SHIT ONE.
Now first off there is only 1 ep at 24 mins out(hopefully we'll see more in the furture) and it's all CGI but don't let that put you off cause it looks great.
2nd it's got rabbits... the characters are portrayed by animals and it's set in a Middle East conflict setting, so is gonna seem a little weird if your not used to it.
If you like real life war tactics then this is great in that respect but I don't think the animals are for everybody.

Simply put it's 24 mins of utter mayhem at it's best!

Well let me ask another question ive been reading Superior Cross manga and im really loving the main plot how they are off on a quest to kill the demon lord without relizing that the DL is in their group.
Is there another anime/manga like this??

Yeah, I've read that manga too. You can say that the twist about the biggest enemy is in the main protagonist's group without them realizing is what makes this manga pretty original. Thus, there's not many anime which quite like that.

If I want to make comparison, that'd be Code Geass which you may already seen. That element is also present in Cardcaptor Sakura season 2 (if I'm not mistaken). There's also the unexpected final boss villain in Heat Guy J which not revealed till the very end. There are others that's similar but I can't think of them right now.

Don't know about superior cross but Tears to Tiara have a Demong King among their group, though they are fully aware of it and he is not a bad guy.
