Too much trouble to explain, hard to prove and it doesn't really change that everyone wants to capture or kill them anyway.

Proably he didn't hear about that or at least no one told him clearly (Rein and Signum alluded to the events of that fight in front of Tohma but neither of them explained clearly what happened) ...or he has a curious way of not caring about that xDU

I found funny Signum mentioned Tohma "had the nerve" to ask her to be the one who talks with Cypha. The boy really need to polish his negotiation skills xDU

How can she resist after Thoma said he wanted to be selfish just like her ?
She is his role model now !

I thought Mariya had a moment of badass in this chapter, with her sniping both Isis and Thoma at the same time. Unfortunatly, to be curbstomped later. I had to laugh when Isis called Nanoha demon instructor.

She said she did and maybe she did. A village of 100 with over 30 of them being TSAB officiers is a little weird to me, but whatever.

And the Hulks are doing something about it : They are hunting down those who framed them.
Doing justice, Hulk style. Headploding style !

After 23 and 24, I`m starting to think Cypha has a big sister complex.
I think it is a matter of why she did it. She did assume responsibility for that. Question is what were the circumstances behind it.

Big sister complex? How so?

If Cypha didn't slaughtered that village why she accepted full blame for that? Sure, if she was sure to kill Signum and Agito then it doesn't matter what she says as they won't be able to tell anyone, but they survived so that village slaughter is yet another incident misblamed on the Huckebein thanks to Cypha's cockiness xDU
Even if she did, it's a criminal's word to the TSAB. Just this chapter, Cypha said Quin and her are enemies. However, Signum refuted what Cypha told her saying "to SS6, they're part of the same organiation regardless of what you say."

Yeah, I was like "Come on, Thoma! You can't be wishing for both sides safety in this situation. At least not out loud anyway."

Cypha: *rubbing Tohma's hair* who's a good killer? yes you are, yes you are *O*!

xD

Well, Tohma's morality seems to be an issue here but at least it could give to an interesting developement the moment his happy viewpoint gets smashed by reality the moment a Huckebein gets to slay another member of Section Six or even Viceversa ...and then Tohma will realize that being all flowers and smiels to both sides won't solve the conflict.

My sides XD.

It could also been that's trying to befriend(In a conventional way) in order to have in on their side later, but i like the idea of the Big Sister Complex better LOL.

Also the white Devil continues to leave mental scars on her pupils.

I think Thoma`s freedom is more of an issue that his morality.
He saved Lily and ran from the police because he thought it was right.
But since TSAB, his freedom is pretty much gone and not a lot of them believe he can make the right choices.
I think his cry to Cypha about selfishness was about wanting his freedom back.

Wow ! WTF was I so serious just now ?

If Subaru is too shy to show Thoma her affection, Cypha can pet him all she wants.
Maybe she wants Thoma because Curren is monopolizing Stella.

Yeah, I laughed at that, too. Also, Welcome to Animesuki, Kireen. You joined recently, right?

Edit I'm surprised no one mentioned we finally have the name of Cypha's ability to break metal on contact.

In the PSP game, Touma, Isis and Lily had a 3 way battle with Nanoha, Vita and Hayate....

Isis: EHH?!
Lily: I'm going to get shot down again....?
Touma: *in his mind* Subaru-neesan.... someone..... save me....!!!!!

The epilogue. So yeah, Touma, Isis and Lily were known for getting into trouble in Force...

One of the things Nanoha teaches us is that the simplest solutions are often the best. Thus, the best way to keep a criminal from running away is to blow her legs up. Simple, and effective.

First of all, welcome! I'm a fellow newcomer too.

Second, conventional befriending doesn't work in the Nanohaverse, it's always "maximum power" befriending. Anything less is just asking for trouble.

Why does that image seem to work so perfectly?

In a sense. Although, it did seem kinda overboard, but whatever works.

Who was she calling the "Useless Boobs"?

Probably Arnage. Since her and Isis totally have a rivalry even though they've only met once.

It really doesn't though. Thoma refuses to kill, and won't let anyone from the Huckbein kill anyone if he can help it, as shown during this incident.
