A splendid idea indeed! This gives me a fantastic idea as well. Now I can work on both a new character, as well as completing my story, all for the 100th page celebration! I've been lacking in creativity lately (as well as bogged down with personal issues), but I think this is just what I needed to get the creative juices flowing again.

Boy, deadlines sure are a nice thing...

I made a few new Mangekyou Sharingan Jutsu for Itachi to use... I'm making it quite clear that these are my no means canon in any sense and are very overpowered, but they make sense.
the first is called Amanokagaseo, A Mangekyou Jutsu which allows the copying of Kekkei Genkai via eye contact. How the jutsu works is that eye copies a genetic signature off of the opponent's fovea. This allows the usage of the opponent's Kekkei Genkai, but the jutsu used with the Kekkei Genkai have to be witnessed to be copied. Thus even if the user copied the Kekkei Genkai, they still need to see it in use to use it. For example (purely theoretical, actually impossible in canon story.): Itachi looks into Haku's eyes and uses Amanokagaseo, he copies the ability to use Hyouton Ninjutsu. But then he kills Haku, He can't copy Makyou Hyoushou because he didn't see it used. But if he didn't kill Haku, he could have learned Mkyou Hyoushou. The reason that Uchiha can't use Kekkei Genkai Jutsu is complex. Although they are able to copy HOW TO USE IT, they are not ABLE TO USE IT. The Amanokagaseo makes the Uchiha able to USE THE ABILITY. Amanokagaseo is also able to copy other Mangekyou Sharingan, but the user still needs to witness it in use. This is because Amanokagaseo allows the user to copy the ABILITY to proform ajutsu not normally possible to the user.
the second jutsu is called Amatsumikaboshi.
Amatsumikaboshi has a simpler use.
It again works via eye contact, but is an internal Anti-Amaterasu. When eye contact is made, te opponent's body temperature will drop and continue to drop until the body temperature reaches ablsolute zero. This will cause the opponent to die, but it starts stower than when it ends. And, once it is completed, the user cannot make physicl comtact with the opponent, due to the low temperature, it will cause hypothermia in anybody making contact with the target.

That's a very fitting addition to the already overpowered aresnal of the vastly overrated Uchiha clan

Ninjutsu: advanced Taijutsu

Blood line trait: Tsuyoi has a blood line trait (kekkei genkei) called onimetsuki (demon eyes) which is very similar to the byakugan and the sharingan were it can read the oopponents next move, and also can increase the users strength 100 fold, givin the user has the chakra to use this special ability. also another ability is that the onimetsui allows the user to control the gravity around him/her which can be used very effectily.

Story: Tsuyoi is the last of the Akuma clan. after the Akuma clan and the kaguya clan had a massive battle which kimimaro and Tsuyoi had a battle, both kimimaro and Tsuyoi are treated poorly in there clans so they both have something in common, when the kaguya clan waged war and was slaughtered by the seven swordsman of the mist, Tsuyoi and kimimaro had a friendship while wandering alone through the forest when kimimaro found the flower, from rumor Tsuyoi apparently died to the villages and kimimaro. no one knows what Tsuyoi looks like because he keeps his identity secret, because people are after his rare kekkei genkei for the gravitational technique. Tsuyoi was a very skilled ninja almost everyone of his opponents are either dead or end up cripple for life, with the memory of a shadowy figure which they call "the Reaper of Death".

Kekkei Genkai: KinMizu (literally, liquid metal sorry its not correct Japanese)

The Kin clan, the heart of a wealthy and powerful mining and smithing empire, have the innate ability to melt and manipulate metal at much lower than normal temperatures, allowing them to melt metals without flames. Recently this has been used exclusively to work and mine metals, drawing them from the ground. Ancient clan members, however, developed skills to allow metals to flow freely over their body, embedding their chakra in it allowing them to move it to different parts of their body. From this they developed a taijutsu style (called Tekken, or iron fist), which relied on moving the liquid metal to hands and shins/feet and hardening it to add extra pain and massive power to their blows. Misuke, however, is the pinnacle of Kinmizu users, allowing him to create shurikens as well as melt them to make more metal for him to use. With enough, he can create liquid metal armour which he can curl up and, like a hedgehog, form spines to protect himself. He usually solidifies the metal and escapes using earth techniques underground to surprise the enemy when they find the shell is empty. Other uses include transforming hands into blades and forming spring-like shoots to increase jumping height.

Disadvantages: The molten metal is hot enough to cause considerable burns to Misuke’s body. Hence he has thick, leather bandages on his arms and feet, but when used elsewhere on the body for too long his skin will blister.
Also as the metal has a lot of chakra embedded into it over the years, it flows to the contact site (e.g. hands or feet) as he thinks about it, much faster than his limbs move. To any dojutsu users who can see chakra, the obvious movement of metal to a site is a clear indication of what attack he will use (punches, kicks etc.)

Background: Never schooled in an academy, he does not have an official ninja rank (although he has a headband as he is later convinced to join Konoha by Naruto), but was trained by his grandfather, last known surviving user of his clan’s Iron Fist syle. At the age of 10 he was spectacularly talented user of the art and word of his talents fell on Orochimaru’s ears. Fascinated by his bloodline limit, Orochimaru travelled to Misuke’s village and, when his family would not hand over the boy, proceeded to destroy the village in search of him. Misuke’s grandfather helped him slip away and told him to never return for fear of endangering the village once again. The village, to Misuke’s knowledge, was almost completely destroyed by Orochimaru’s hydra jutsu.

Failing to track him down, Orochimaru retreats and stumbles upon a young Kimimaro, with equally interesting abilities, and Misuke is quickly forgotten…

Constantly paranoid of being captured by Orochimaru , Misuke lived as a hermit, constantly honing his taijutsu and bloodline skills. He is at a point where it is easier for him to move metal around his body to use as spiked studs, for example in his feet that to channel his chakra to climb trees. By using his metal as a means of power in hand-to-hand combat, Misuke instead focused on increasing his speed to astonishing levels (though not nearly levels like Lee).

He hides the molten metal under a long left sleeve; only using it when he feels the opponent is a genuine challenging threat. Under his coat is a netted vest with bandages visible underneath where he has burned in the past.

Encountering Naruto during his time time training with Jiraiya, Misuke was convinced by Naruto’s spirit and love of Konoha to travel there and become a leaf nin. Living as a hermit has made him brooding and hard to cooperate with in a team, but his shrewd tactical mind and extraordinary fight skills allow him to sail through chuunin exams without any traditional academy training. Many believe he is a sure choice for ANBU

He said similar. It's a different kekkei genkai.

Anyway, interesting kekkei genkai, Mizukage the 5th, but it would be better if you put in some kind of weakness or disadvantage. It would be better if if it weren't so obviously overpowered. (And on top of that, YET ANOTHER doujutsu. Yeah, as if there aren't already a million of THOSE. )

That is true, unless we get some more posts in, page 100 will take weeks to get to. After I finish my page 100 character, I'll se what I can do about making one or two small ones to push the pages along.

I must say, this is one of the best first characters I've seen in a long, long while. I like it, the kekkei genkai is awesome, which seems very balanced and thought out. The character doesn't actually interfere with or screw up the Naruto characters or timeline, and he's just plain awesome. And on top of that, the drawing is very well done. Congrats man, keep up the great work!
