I agree. That's why I consider her walking with Lelouch in the episode 22 preview to be strange...the Black Knights just allowed her to leave? Lelouch just agreed to meet with her without any sort of protection/guards? It doesn't make sense to me.

We all know Lelouch has agreed to death by Suzaku's hand once he has completed his role in defeating Schnezil. That is why Suzaku left him alive during that one month gap, this is something obviously going on between the two.
