And thus Crunchyroll will help answer one of the bigger mysteries of the world: what the fox say?

Enjoyable first episode. I like the protagonist a lot, she is likeable and perky but not in an annoying way. I also like Gin and her father. I also love Inari shrines.
Not sure how the rest of the season will go but this was definitely one of my favorite opening episodes.

It reminds me a lot of Natsume Yuujinchou and I'm a huge huge huge huge huge fan of that anime.
Gintaro has a great personality and he has great chemistry with Makoto. The scene where Makoto first met Gintaro was soooo adorable. The artwork is also pretty especially during shrine scenes. Excited for the next episode ^________________^ Last edited by erika4dsl; 2013-10-06 at 13:08. |

I hate it already...
... I'm just kidding. It was a very nice low key premiere. The whole fight and make up was very straightforward but it served as a good introduction. I don't see any hint of romance btw.

Not sure what to make of this yet. The first episode didn't grab me but it wasn't bad by any means, and it's usually the type of anime I love so I should end up liking this unless it commits a huge misstep.
I really enjoyed Shinichirou Miki as the tsundere fox.

Good first episode. Looked good, and told its simple story well.
I liked Miki Shinichirou as Gin. And I keep being more and more impressed by Kanemoto Hisako (Makoto). But I loved Akasaki Chinatsu (Dekomori in Chuunibyou, etc.) as the girl who wanted her boyfriend back.
