Fukurou: Small, but cute 6,5/10

Natsumeyashi Meiyo: Nice pose, lacks a border, and of a bit of brightness. 7/10

kaito-kid: Very clean and high quality image, nice choice of pose and of text. 8/10

guuchan: My suggestion is not to crop so far from the main objective, because in 100x100 sized perspective, it loses a lot. The motion is a little jumpy (try to remove frames 6 and 7 and you'll see it much smoother ). The quality is strangely low, since the sequence hasn't much frames, so maybe your original source was LQ to begin with. The scene itself is nice. 7/10

Deathkillz: Choppy! (a sequence of subsequent frames shall not be timed 0.2 for each, it's too high. With 0.12/0.13 for each you'll see a difference. Eventually you may try it when you're done with Gift ) . The motion is well looped. 7/10

@Cyz: Thx for the comment, i slowed it down a tad, funny how much faster it was under firefox compared to IE.
@Spectacular_Insanity: I can't zoom more since i'll be croping in the legs and it's part of her charm and summer concept ^^ - Nice fanart selection, reflecting Kakashi, no headband? 8.5/10
@Ai Suzuki: give me my arm back! ^^;; I love FMA, nice clean loop you have going, good spring action 9/10

Wow, Hellychin posting here! ^_^ What an unexpected event (well, more or less ). Domo ^^ , anyway yeah the series as it was said is "Sumomomo Momomo" but I don't know if it can be your cup of tea, don't let the avatar deceive you
While the show is funny, and with a reasonably good (so far) story: 1)it has no real bishies 2) it has huge fanservice 3)it has no real bishies. Period. ....

Hellychin: If it was the Halloween one, I was for giving 10, too kawaii ^^ , this one though has an heavenly feeling (nothing less from a tenshi!) and it's very very pleasant to watch 9/10

I've read comments saying my avatar has a cute/peaceful feeling ... I guess they weren't expecting the soccer ball as well... to the point they gave up before it arrived

Kiva128: A crop from the last masterpiece. You know, I would have cropped a bit on the top to possibily include the bells on her head. But probably you wanted to focus on the tattoo which was the main innovation, this time. Anyway, the artist is you, so it's always fine for me Also, I would have used a lighter border (red+white). But these are little useless details ^^ 9/10 to the avatar and 10/10 the to the source

------------

Deathkillz: The motion is a bit fast and somehow I see her face as blurry. 7/10

ShinNoNoir: This is what I actually call soothing! Nice smooth loop. A little minus for being small and a big plus for featuring Yakumo ^_^ 8,5/10

Ai Suzuki: I find the scene to be a bit dark, but other than that a perfectly animated scene. 8,5/10

Thank you for the tips. Truth is I'm not very good with avatar making. I wouldn't mind seeing your take on making an avatar of Kairin (does that sound too much like a request? )

ShinNoNoir: Looks good. You don't see many full body shots in avatars without them being super small but I think this one is nice. 8.5/10

EDIT: Updated my avatar trying to incorporate some of your suggestions.

Me? That's too much of an honour

Anyway, since I had the author's approval

You know, I would prefere it this way, because I think an avatar of this kind should show as much as possible. So I'd crop a bit further, (the border shouldn't be crossing her face in any way ). The picture is very very soft, and so it has to be the border, imho. Plus, I think it has to include most possible details, the bells, elf-ears, the Santa "hat", and even a bit of the tattoo.
This is just, as you said, "my take" for a Kairin avatar. So nothing else if my 2 cents on the matter

saphyre: Lol, I still haven't seen that scene, but I guess it's another of Sumomo Momomo's moments . The sequence looks a bit choppy... though Iroha is love ^_^ 8,5/10

Thanks a lot Pellissier. Your version is much better than mine.

BlackCatXIII: I see this girl a lot. Nightwish has her as an avatar and so do you. Who is she anyways? 9/10.
