It could be both since gem stone refer to someone who is born with an ability and fia's description of holy stone fits touma's right hand.

The thing is we don't know what exactly happens when touma touches something supernatural , meaning to the naked eye it seems hes erasing the phenomena all together but is that really whats happening , we only say its the holy stone because fia said so and terra hinted towards something of divine origin.

whats more interesting is that it never really mattered how strong the phenomena really is because it just disappears with one touch.

『聖なる右』 [Holy Right] is the original, holy stone is a mistrans. Fia did indirectly pointed towards IB in that part though. Also IB don't have absolute power over all magical things, yet.

what i mean is it could be of divine origin or it could be something else . I don't know how certain fia is or what terra had in his mind but we can't be sure its what they say it is.

i am more interested in aleisters thoughts about it.

1. In the colour page introduction of Accelerator, so there were at least three Misaka Worst sent after Last Order?

2. What happen to Vent? Did she lose her hammer in volume 13? Why is she using a sword? And what is Carissa doing fighting her?! For that matter, why didn't Divine Punishment trigger?

3. So now that Fiamma is finally in the fight himself, can anyone tell me what does Holy Right actually do? How did he beat Vent, Touma, Lessa and Sasha?

4. Actually, this World War 3 business... Is it because of the Civil World in England? How did it escalate to Russia? I know Index is there, but a world war just because of that?

nope, those three are not MW, they were sent by A.C to Russia to steal a suitcase(which were supposed to be sent to a Russian camp -located near where Hamazura was-). the suitcase itself contains parchments with some codes/words/symbols (Ac doesnt understand the words/symbols, well it must be a magic related thing). still no explanation of what they are

nope, and yes. Vent still uses a big hammer, but it's not from her old rosary, she uses a new one (Vent use アドリア海の女王 as her new 霊装). and she s not fighting Carissa, Carissa is not in Russia, she's at Strait of Dover, in a war againts France.

He uses that hand similar to dragon arm and just simply swing it around ()
well, vent looks about to win against him but he uses the index-remote-control and beat Vent (so it s like fianma have and can use what Index have)
