Oh look it's an update. Focusing on light again this time.



Must always make a new sig when Gia releases something new.


Tired to make it have a little more motion than it already had.


COLORS. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT COLORS THIS ONE HAS.

About the first one, It feel like it should had more details but the general darkness of the sig kind of ''eat'' it, no ? Also, I am kind of surprised you didn't show a little bit of the mechanical tentacles on the gia sig

Well I don't really make tags like this so I can't critique this
the only thing I can mention is that the front of the car is a bit too dark. I guess you used the burn tool too much? Or it probably had too much contrast? I can't tell

lol, this one's a bit messy especially on the right side. I think you overdid the effects. The starry, cloudy effect looked unnatural (probably because of the colors). The lights were taking too much attention too. My eyes were drifting off from the focal because of it. Same goes for that rock(?) at the right side of the render. Well, it's probably because of the colors anyway
The render mostly had white, so I guess you should've used that color more.

Yea, it's a bit dark, I can agree with that.

As for the tentacles, well... Dunno, didn't think they fit as well as this focus.

Agreed and agreed. Tbh I think it was a bit hastily done, and the source itself is kinda dark. Was some week ago now.

Too much contrast. Problem is, the source itself was also pretty dark there. Still noted.

It IS a bit messy now that I look at it again. At the time I felt that it worked, but maybe it doesn't. Drifting off from the focal point isn't good though, noted.

The gia one didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, but the Mako one almost made itself.

About the second one, why not keeping a little more of the eye's colors? Did you though than it would had looked bad ?

I think it'd look better if you only kept the Eye Balls' color only, and not include the whole outline of the eye

I would suggest to, not only erasing the outline of the eyes, but also to tone down a little the color of the said eyes, maybe to keep about 65%-80% of the colors.

A note on this last one: I, by accident, discovered an Exclusion Layer Setting + Smudge combo I'd never used before. It's honestly one of the best I've been able to make... should be able to add a bit more detail to it though.
