I don't know, this season has enough great shows to offset series that otherwise fall short of expecations. Then again, this is where personal bias often comes into the equation...

I kinda gave up on watching this for plot during the first season

. That aside, I was incredibly satisfied by the no-armor, talking Eu this episode. I'm also a bit confused how Eu got her powers back, but Chris still had Eu's powers. Maybe Eu's power just regenerated?

EU's voice is awesome, no matter if it's imaginary or real... LOL

I really liked the idea how they use so many different voice for "imaginary EU". (it's a great idea for the Fans to see which one fits her better, LOL)

BTW...

"I CAN FLY" - is what I thought too....

If only Sera acts like that all the time....

Chris is a hilarious villain.

It appears she needed Eu's mana to break her curse without being drunk and she needed the ring to suppress her own power or the curse itself.

As for Eu, I believe she's supposed to be a generator of unlimited mana. She'll never run out, she just regenerates.

As for Haruna, she's probably at her pre-Ayumu levels and may be able to transform.

Well, well, well ... and unexpectedly the plot rears it's head with ep 7. About time. And I must admit it kinda made me wanna check out eps 1-6 again with the new-found knowledge in mind.

Hmm. We'll see what the series will actually do with the plot now that it has been introduced - must admit to being curious.

Last time I checked Chris was Ariel's pupil, it might be the other way around but I don't know for sure. I haven't actually read the original light novels myself, however I've had conversations with people who have read them and they say that Ariel was the mentor. TvTropes also says that Chris was the student and the site is almost always a reliable source for this kind of stuff.
