Ass stuck to chair syndrome is when that uber powerfull leader of the worlds largest army neads the main character to go do a task wether it be scouting an area or saving the world. The man could either easily do it himself or otherwise get his lackeys to do it. What is the worst ass stuck to chair syndrome you have seen?

Why would the leader of a large army go scout an area or something when they can just relax in their chair and let some underling do it? (I don't know, maybe I misunderstood you.)

I think he is asking what anime have you seen where there is "Uber Powerfull Bad Guy" with "giant armies of minions" who could do his dirty work for him, and instead, for no appearent reason, he asks the main character of the show to do it for him.
