Gonna have to go with Akana/Kazuya from Mai HiME/Mai Otome. They love each other, it's touching, heartbreaking, and later in Otome, absolutely hilarious (they want to jump each other, but are constantly prevented).

I'm a sucker for anime romances, i love em all.
But my favourite would have to be tamakaxharuhi from ouran. and i am really liking usui x misaki so far from Maid sama! even though they aren't officially a 'couple' yet. i also love Junko x Kyosuke from nana...i know they aren't the main couple but they are just so sweet together..i mean come on, they wear matching pyjamas! lol

I love cutesy romance anime as much as the next guy, but I don't really have a 'favorite' anime couple that I could think of, most probably because I couldn't really relate (not entirely) with what a real relationship is like (still single), hence feeling meh when I see a male and a female character go together.
However, I do find certain shippings to be really endearing and just plain 'cute,' I guess. My favorite is probably Taiora (TaichixSora) from Digimon Adventure. Yes, I'm a Taiora fan. ;P Sorato (SoraxYamato) never really appealed to me (don't ask why). |

My absolute favourite couple is Kaname and Sousuke from Full Metal Panic.
I also like these: Tohru and Kyo from Fruits Basket. Van and Hitomi from Escaflowne Mao and Kurz from Full Metal Panic Sakura and Li from Cardcaptor Sakura Yukino and Arima from Kare Kano
