I unserstood it, a parinoid lawn gnome, Mr. Teacup, thinks the Blue Jay on the fence is looking at him, plotting agianst him. Thus, calling him, "Secret Spy Agent Black Bird." The blue Jay, scared for his life, understandible, being he's being attacked by lawn gnomes, prepares to fights back. Though the last box puzzled me.

I love randomness... I also like bananas!
