hey guys. i juz relised i havent been drawing for awhile and juz started again. er i need help on the head.....can anyone teach me how to draw a head looking upwards such that only the chin and neck can be seen without looking weird??? thanx

ive checked it out but the angle at which the head is tilted is too mild....i was looking for something with a higher angle
