I disagree.

Magellan is a poison man, and probably the fourth strongest fighter in the navy after the 3 admirals.

Hyouzou should be nowhere near his strength, even with his swordsmanship.

And frankly, I'm rather unsure of that being the case since we saw how Magellan's Hell's Judgement had rendered Mr. 3's wax armor useless during Luffy's rematch with him at ID (I'm not saying that Hyouzou's poison is at the same level as Mags', but it's pretty likely to be pretty darn close, at least).

Really, the only method I can think of for Zoro to defend against poison (aside from becoming a more nimble fighter) would be for him to pull that wacky "mist transformation" stunt he pulled with Kaku at EL, but we don't really know if Asura is capable of a feat like that.....
I'll go out and a limb and say the wind pressure from his sword swings and range attacks will keep the poisons away But seriously, if he spams his range attacks and pulls out multiple permanent tornadoes, it would be hard for magallen to win unless his armour can stand up to those attacks, which I doubt. Zorro doesn't need to get close and don't let him get close

I'm not talking about physical strength here. I was comparing them in terms of the deadliness of their poison. Since Hyouzou is based on a blue-ringed octopus (which in real life is known as one of the deadliest of the world's venomous animals), I'd imagine that his poison is at least near the level of Magellan's most lethal toxins.....

(And BTW, I disagree with you about Mags being near the level of the 3 admirals, but that's a debate to save for another thread. )

Magellan isn't part of the marines. The Impel Down staff are their own private work force much like the Shichibukai and Cipher Pol units. Magellan works for the World Government, but he's not actually a registered member of the marines force.

And going by feats, reputation, and hype, Garp and Sengoku are the only marines comparable to the 3 admirals. They're all basically in the same tier.

I wonder when Shirashoshi will call the sea kings...I'd love the see the extent of her powers to control them, but, it would a much better display if there are some visitors to tell about it, so that the island's fate can change for the better...
