I came across 8 volumes of the REC Manga (Maybe there's more). There should be enough to continue that series. It may not be considered because 9 minutes would be too short these days, but two 15-minute chapters per episode, it might work. If that happens, Great.

im pretty sure its up to alteast volume 13, i haven't really been following it since it seemed to have been on hiatus, and yea the episodes were too short, is probably one of the better seinen romances, also I would love for them to continue do seto no hanayome because it seems that the manga is on definite haitus after its current magazine shuttered.

One series I'd love to see continued is Baccano!. The anime is based on multiple light novels, and there are so many that went untouched. Even in the episodes you see characters introduced that you never hear of again. The OVAs touched base a little bit with introducing a brand new character as the focus point for a bit. Though I doubt it'll ever happen since the anime didn't do too well in Japan.

I'd love to see a Berserk Sequel which followed the rest of the manga.

Agreed with Outlaw Star. The ending of the last two episodes was... beautiful. Especially the ending of it. Though I would like to see a continuation, I doubt it.

I want to see Mizore from Roasrio Vampire to get her own anime, she deserves it. She is femme epicness!

Straight jacket was a three ep OVA? Holy crap! I thought it was just a movie... though yes, Strait Jacket was quite interesting i'd like to see them make a series out of it. because I could just feel the character developement if they gave it a real chance.

I especially like the armor. (We are talking about the same thing, right?)

I want them to continue Tales of Symphonia into an actual anime series, and not just a OVA.

Another one I wanna see continued? Is another one Eva Beatrica named, Trinity Blood.

I kinda feel nostalgic about it now, the ending was quite... illusive and open-ended, and... it made me think for quite awhile.

Besides, I thought the anime was top notch, and quite beautiful in storyline and graphics.

pretty much it.

Junni Kokki, that series kind of just stopped in the middle of the arc =/

More Seirei no Morbito would be nice too.

This I'd really love it to be continued at some point to see the end with more stuff concluded.

Also I'd obivously be beyond happy for Lucky Star Season 2 if that ever happens, and maybe it will since the manga is still going.

Nyan Koi, and Sasameki Koto better already have planned sequels or else them too D: cause neither had an ending that didn't allow for another season.

And I'd say Bakemonogatari, but I'd be shocked if shaft didn't animate the rest of the material given it's sales so far.

Since it's time for the Winter Olympics I can't help but wish there was a Ginban Kaleidoscope sequel.

I'd like to see more Lupin III personally. It deals a lot in history and world culture. The world has changed drastically since its last major television series, so they definitely would be able to get new content and inspiration from said events.

There was a movie that came out relatively recently Lupin III vs Detective Conan, but honestly I didn't find it entertaining. It would be nice to see Lupin and gang pulling heist in a modern day setting without clashing universe's with other popular long running shows.

other shows id like to see continued:
Ghost in The Shell: SAC
Ryoko's Case File
Gunsmith Cats
Overdrive

This, seeing how only vol 1 and 2 were animated.

Tazusa goes on to this year's games in Vancouver eventually at the end of the series with Ria as her main rival.

I didn't read all the posts so this may have been said before, but I somewhat hope for season 4+ of zero no tsukaima, it kind of ended abruptly with too many plot holes and unresolved issues (such as the bad guys not being killed or incapacitated)
