Well I kind of wished they had gone with the epic 3 pigs battle episode. The butler was pretty good at completely shooting down just about every girl that came into sight. Although I can't remember him having any criticism for Otsuu or Otohime. Of course in the case of Otohime she just left before anything could be said .

Great job Ryoushi preventing the client and his butler form getting mauled to death by angry women . There wouldn't have been anything left after Ryouko and Ringo were finished their attack.

A scary moment with Kuroko and the narrator almost meeting. Luckily it was only for a split second so the universe probably won't implode.

Also, yeah nice RingoxRyouko kiss .

I totally agree, and as do most people probably. I died laughing once he said his soul name and didn't stop laughing all the way to the end.

I swear that this is the most ridiculous and insulting episode ever - it basically chunked all of the stereotypes of girls into one episode!

Oh yes, and the railgun and Toradora cameos are brilliant. So is the insinuation that that Gretel is a brocon.

Ringo = overaged loli? Nahhhh. She's still cute and smooth like an apple! Though her yandere extreme fat-man BL fetish is scary.

Still, I would like to watch what happens at the end of that movie thoug - *gets a HD TV smashed over his head*

Spoiler for Episode 8:

So this turned out to be a very different episode compared to the last few episodes. While I certainly appreciated the drama and character development I felt that this episode made a welcome change to that. It was nice to see an episode where Ryoshi's and Ryoko's relationship took a step to the side and let the story focus on something less serious.

I'll readily admit that the introduction to this episode made me wonder just what was going to happen in this episode. It was quite funny though, especially with the movie trailer thing going on.

So after the OP are we introduced to this weeks storyline which involves Nezumi Chuutarou, the shota heir to a large company, and his hilarious butler Hammel and how Nezumi is looking for a wife according to the tradition of his family which is no easy task as it turns out. I really enjoyed Hammels' and Otsuus reactions to each other and the shout out to Kuroshitsuji.

The hunt for a wife begins with Alice which was a bit of a suprise to me. But it was nice to see her get some screentime away from the President. Hammels cool dismissal of her as a potential bride was hilariously mean. Nezumi certainly didn't make it easier for Alice with his rather innocent agreement to Hammels critique.

Jizou was hilarious this episode as well as she showed her rather "radical elements" as Ryoshi so elegantly put it. They didn't forget continuity of the show as Jizou is now in a relationship with Hanasaki which apparently doesn't stop her from stalking him anyway. I loved it.

Otohime was awesome this episode as well. I really liked how Ryoshi praised her for her hunting technique and how she is angered when Tarou doesn't isn't upset when Nezumi proposes to her, her face here is epic. Tarou certainly doesn't live an easy life with Otohime around. Though I could see why he doesn't make too much of a fuss about it since Otohime certainly rewards compliments. *cough cough*

I loved how they brought up the other girls we've seen through out the show as well and let's not forget the some girls from other shows as well. That scene was probably the best in the episode. I loved the Railgun and Toradora reference, especially Mikoto's lightning and Kuroko (my favourite character from that particular anime). It was even better when the narrator is Arai Satomi. Clearly the world was a wee bit to close to imploding on itself when that happened but it was soo worth it.

Another awesome scene was when Hammel revealed what one really should look for in girls - boobs! Clearly the solution to any problem. The fact that Momo-chan came along here was perfect - especially with Hammels comment of how her assets wouldn't last for more than 10 years. Ryoko's and Ringo's reactions to this were hilarious.

And then the story came to a happy end when our little zashiki-warashi revealed herself to Nezumi and they confessed to each other. This was a cute scene even though it was very predictable. I did enjoy the fact that the introduction turned out to be made by Ringo. Also RingoxRyoko kiss?! Very nice indeed. But I'm glad we didn't have to see what the pigs had to do to each other. It was bad enough when one of them did his twister mat thing. *shivers*

I liked the scene at the end as well, especially when the rivalry between Otohime, Ringo and Usami. I do hope that poor little Jizou will be able to recover from the shock in this episode. Last sentence was funny as well.

All in all it was a very good episode with some awesome moments (I'm looking at you, Railgun reference). While it lacked the character development of earlier episodes it was nice to see that this show is good without relying on the relationship between Ryoko and Ryoshi. I can't wait for next week.

So basically a rundown of many types of women and their crazy flaws. It's good that the show is still keeping in the otogi bank relevant, but with absolutely no character development, it felt like an extra; and in a 12-episode series like this, I don't like that.
Still, plenty of good fun; cameos abound, much more blatantly than usual. Just gotta see Louise and we'll be full circle.
I really hope this is a one-off ordeal, because I want to pick-up the tension from the last episode.

Jizou is probably my favorite side-character or sorts right now, I hope she gets more screentime.

This is the only part of the episode that i was against. Lies i tell you, lies!

Funny how an episode focused on stereotypes didn't have anything about Ryouko being a tsundere , though apart from that it was a good laugh. Especially that random three pics trailer and then the :what: battle scene. Kiss was nice though.

That butler has been the most epic and amusing char in this whole series. Everything he said was funny, EVERYTHING. Plus his voice sounds awfully familiar for his role, but can't put my finger on it. If only all the other non-serious episodes were this funny.
