Hello, im just looking around if there's anymore anime similiar to Air or Asatte no Houkou, in anyway, mostly the drama i guess

Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora

For a truckload of drama watch Kimi ga Nozomu Eien

Hmm Elfen Lied may be what you are looking for. Its gory, but it also has quite a few sad scences.

Fate/stay night's ending is also on par with how sad AIR's last few scences are, but its pre-dominantly action/drama.
