That's a tired meme. I wish people would stop this dumb shit and learn to post intelligent opinions.

How come when something is bad, people actually remember it for a way too long time instead of some good thing happened recently ?

5) Battle retry option.

The game will feature a retry option when you fail in battles. At the Game Over screen, players can choose to retry which would put them back at the start of the battle. This is something which was implemented to allow them to make battles more challenging and surprising. By having a retry option, players who are destroyed in a battle will be encouraged to retry with different tactics and learn how to master the battles instead of being put off or frustrated.

6) Quick save anywhere.

The game will support Quick Save not only on the World Map, but in battles as well. The reason is that this is an essential function for anyone who does not have a ton of time for gaming, or has other commitments like work. Allowing the player to stop playing at any moment and to pick off where he left off will allow people from all walks of life and parts of society to be able to enjoy the game at their own pace.
Probably the best two features that are missing on every other RPGs..

Not just that I will be able to save time from watching the same cutscene multiple times, saving game midway into a battle is also possible. Sometimes, a boss battle can last 30 minutes depending on the level difficulty of the game itself.

I wasn't aware it was a meme. Perhaps you can send me a list of all the gaming-related ones so I can be sure to avoid them in the future.

When you're unable to produce a single quality game on consoles and have resort to a spin-off or two on handhelds to keep your mascot alive because you cannot seem to adapt to the technology within the last decade, I'd say you've failed.

The Baten Kaitos games had a Retry option after Game Over.

Except that you're wrong and basically parroting the popular unargumented opinion.

End of eternity demo available on the 22nd DEC 2009, source andriasang.

Someone mind changing the title to End of Eternity/Resonance of Fate [PS3/360] or something? This one is just confusing, just saying that because i almost posted in the PS3 thread.

I love the battle system.
All i can say is "REANBELL"
Well because she holds Grenade and Monotov so she can infligt serious damage, especially in the Leader Boss at the end. (After Vashyron break Gauge from him).

By the way, i've finished 2 times the Normal Mode and it's said Normal Mode LV3 after i complete (mean i've also get LV2) but i don't get it how i can change LV in normal mode or it's automatically changed after i've select Normal Mode once again.

I'm having so much fun having the characters run around jumping like madmen while doing aerial flips.

OMG, bye bye square ^^, the game play is awesome. Where as square are focusing on making interactive CGI movies, other devs are making solid RPG that are actually fun to play, see sega, level 5, tri-ace, namco aso. If this carries on square's futures doesn't seem bright at all. I call for more rpg with fun game mechanics, less cgi and cut scenes.

Will this be a repeat of the Bayonetta Fiasco ?

But onto the game itself, it certainly looks fun. Actually reminds me very much of Valkyria, but a real-time version of that game. However, I do not wish of what I've seen so far to be the final version of the battle system as everything will be just boring in the long run.

Taking a leaf from Valk again. Could we have more individual characters, accessibility to different weapons and customise them as well ? For starters, a Sinper rifle will be perfect for those who does not want to get up close and personal.

Basically, it's the usual PS3 VS 360 argument. 360 has more texture and vibrant colourings while PS3 seems murkier and of lower resolution.

No word on the framerate and loading time yet so far.

If that's good the PS3 owners can't complain.

I'm having the 2nd doubts with this game. The gameplay looks boring and tedious(that's never a major problem for me normally, but there are limits). Jumping around for simple attacks just looks weird and tedious.

Both 30fps locked
PS3 http://zoome.jp/ps360/diary/485/
360 http://zoome.jp/ps360/diary/486/
Pretty much same on both versions. 360 dipping down to 18, PS3 to 19.5.

You don't need to use the Rush for the attack, you can simply stand, aim (it's became Actif during this action) wait for loading bullets and then press the button to fire, it won't use any I.S but it don't avoid you for being attacked by ennemis.
