Aswald, Asward, Aswad or Asuwado?
I know there was a poll to which do you like シュバルツ to be translated. This time I would like to ask you about アスワド.
I think Aswald has been seen the most frequently in this forum, next Asward. I'm not sure the difference or the nuance between them, because I'm not a native English speaker. But there is a consensus of almost all 2ch people in My Otome threads that アスワド is Aswad, because Aswad means black in Arabic, as Schwarz in German. ASWAD: Male Arabic/Arabian and Egyptian name meaning "black" http://www.lowchensaustralia.com/names/colournames.htm For the reference, both Doremi and SS use Aswad. |

I usually prefer to use Aswardo ... since it sounds closest to the way they say it but I guess Aswad is good.
