I don't know how to put it but..... edit: I found a way to implement a female lead.
Rebooting female lead OC Still with elements of Epic fail but with the additional element of a running gag: she is constantly being treated like a guy.....by other guys and girls. For rule of funny, she doesn't look even actually looked like a guy....except her chest size but that is beside the point. But is treated as such because of her personality. She get along well with guys but seems to be apathetic and lack of infatuation towards a guy. Guys hang out with her because they see her as one of them...and also because she don't go fangirl on them. The female lead OC has the purpose of serving as Chekhov's Gunman.....To hint about why Eve is kidnapped.

What if they claim Silver Gospel is not the property of America? If it's not American then they can't take it by force. When they demand its return, Lyon breaks out the fact that Silver Gospel is an IS which breaches Alaskan treaty. So the Americans either leave it with him and are screwed, or take it back and are officially screwed.

It was made by America and Israel as an experiment, so it doesn't break anything. Besides, the only thing the treaty says is that the IS can't be used for war. Last I checked, the Gospel didn't fight in any wars. America owns legal rights to it.

The only point Gospel breaks is it's existence. Err, I mean, it was clearly developed and tested outside I.S.A. (They even managed to create more advanced weapon, again outside I.S.A.), yet kept as National secret despite treaty demand it to be publicized.
What I mean by strong cables is like those used by Laura, even if I.Ses has excellent motoric strength, there's always a limit to it.

Then nobody keeps it If a nation can't keep it, no way an individual can. They'd get the core and seal it anyway in some neutral country. They wouldn't let an illegal project he kept by a teenager. If America doesn't seal it, some other country would grab for it/try to seal it.
@ Senpai - How many terms do they study in ISA?

So it's going to be a battle of somewhat legality
Lyon reasons, that since there's no official owner then he'd claim responsibility for it. This becomes something of an issue because IS are supposed to be governed on an international scale. However, the disturbance caused is averted when the Americans are told ISA is neutral territory. Causing an uproar over something which isn't "really" theirs is something that the ISA officials would not allow. leaving the gospel's true ownership, vague. Or something like that? |

No, sorry. IS are treated as nukes in their world. If some guy said "This nuke isn't officially onwed, so I claim ownership", they'd laugh his ass of the courtroom. They won't let an individual keep an IS unless he's aligned to a country, plain and simple.

Of course the same, 6 semester in 3 years.
As for private ownership: Houki was hit by this, the author as usual didn't delve into more serious issues for the sake of harem antic, but apparently the paperwork included is messy ass.
