It is funny but not enough development.
I like the kiss although it was the only thing in the anime that moved some of the characters forward but it only lasted 10 seconds. So a little bit disappointing that the episode didn't have that much advancement other than a 10 second kiss.

Shizuku is scarily overpowered, considering how easily she deflects/splits bullets and somehow manages to knockout all three contenders with a single knife throw. Yet somehow she was defeated with sprinklers.

^^ well, for all we know, (i know almost no japanese) the language is fitting there, since Akane's k-type has a bad mouth. so while the japanese there might mean something else, the message that's implied is what they translated.

Well I already have noticed the Senjougahara similarities. Wasnt sure if I should bring it up but noone had seemed to notice until your post ^_^

I kinda have liked Shizuku alot in Kempfer. But in all fairness, shes kinda only fragments of Senjougahara. Senjougahara > Shinzuku ^_^ She plays second fiddle!

But I have to aggree, that was a unquie kiss scene..... so unexpected! Even Natsuru didnt know what hit him.... or her.... I confuzzle myself <.<

Because Senjougahara has like more than twice the amount of time to play with Hitagi as compared to Shizuku with Natsuru. It's pretty good though, that this sort of thing can be slipped in so well, given the other stuff that is being included.
