Well, I think that's a relatively tall stature in Japan.

If I'm not mistaken, Tatsuya is considered tall.

PS: In volume 3, his height is 178 cm. So he is still growing.

Personal taste and whatnot i suppose, but since the artist seems to be the one that made the first manga i am wondering what Requiem-x thought of that serie.

Sorry for being hung up on that, but c5 of 9-schools-tournament has _gorgeous_ art. How can anyone complain about the artstyle?

And whats with the butler, he not getting enough cause he's got the pointed ears?

And as hot as they are and knowing their tragic past, I can't really bring myself to like the sisters.
Well guess I'm more on the fence about them, they did some terrible things to Tat but at same time did some good for him as well, like you know make him super powerful and all, so kinda 50-50(I hate it when it comes down to something like that)

They didn't make him super-powerful. They just managed to give him basic, crappy standard magic abilities and Flash Cast. However, I do see Tatsuya's loss of emotions as a good thing. We never had to see go through that bratty adolescence phase.

Speaking of the imouto, I'm enjoying her spinoff manga a lot, specially Shizuku and Honoka's recent misadventure, and just Honoka in general.

The story is interesting and I like to see the relationship of Tatsuya and Miyuki when they were young.

Hello, what chapters/volumes of the Light Novel has the manga covered so far?

The original Manga covered the 1st 2 volumes.

Each spinoff is starting on a different arc. The 9 schools comp will cover volumes 3-4. The last chap I read only got into like the 1st or second chapter.

I haven't read either of the other 2 mangas yet, but the yokohama disturbance is volumes 6-7 and the shiba past arc is volume 8.

If you plan to read the LN then start at volume 3 chapter 1. Or you can start from the beginning. I think the LN is better than the manga and has many more details in it that the manga didn't catch. It also explains some things much more clearly, like Tatsuya's fight with hattori. their explanation of Tatsuya's abilities after the fight in the manga were vague to me, but a It probably had to be to cut down on the words.
