Nike makes a Naruto sneaker

Naruto, a Japanese manga, tells the story of Naruto, a young ninja apprentice. The growth of its fan base been steady since the manga first published 6 years ago. Now, there is an animated series, 3 movies and multiple translations of the manga into language such as Chinese, Korean, French, and even Polish.

Currently, Nike Japan is giving away a specially made Naruto version of Nike Air Rival GT, in collaboration with toy maker Bandai. The shoe will feature 2 insignias from the manga on the front and back. There will also be a specially made shoe box with Naruto on it. Unfortunately, this offer is only available to members of Nike Japan club.

Now I have to get some chick pregnant so i can validate buying these shoes and not feeling like a schmuck...They are awesome and i can pretend to be buying them for the kid^^...I doubt they have size 14 for my monsterous foot though...What I like is that they seem to be air-max aswell so that means they're not some super-flakey pair of kicks...Anyways I'd replace the orange shoestrings with black ones...Hahaha take that Sasuke (awaits Reebok coming out with the Sharingan classics XD)...I hope they let Naruto wear those in a commercial or even an episode wear he helps out the "Village of Air" or something...That would be filler worth checking out X)...

Try going here...It's called Oddball Shoes and I order shoes from them all the time...I just got some dope a$$ Steve Madden's a few weeks ago...They have every brandname and niche names too...They also have great prices...I never go to the mall expecting to find my size(atleast not in shoes I like)...

knowing nike...they charge anywhere from 60-120 for shoes...so you'd pay that for a box?

shame on nike if they ever sell those they should have worked on it alittle better when they do work on it then I would buy it but they made it looke like payless shoes you can't go to sckool wearing payless shoes I would definetly buy then when they work on it and make it look like the dubzeros you know those jordans

Except actual naruto footwear isn't stylish in the slightest. This would be a great shoe if it cost more than 60 cents per to make. Of course, I'd rather be caught dead in a non naruto version with the same basic design. Nothing personal, I'm just too big of a geek already to further plunge myself into obsurdity

Wow there isn't much effort to make this shoe an original. You can just draw the logo or slap a sticker on any pair of shoes with the symbol
