....uhhh, now I'm afraid. True that to MOST fans (meaning, casual viewer) season 2 will be a paradise. But really, it has even LESS plot than the first 3 volume

@ Jak - They can get 12 episodes out of V5-V7 and use oarts of V4 for OVA's. Besides, they can make money out of it, that's already a good enough reason for them.

It would be more or less than Season 1 being re-packaged, even though Vol. 6 begins to shed some light on the real plot. If there is one.

Actually, PT and the bad guys are introduced in V5. Also, Tabane heing revealed as the sender of the drone from S1 would finally put that plot thread down.

Anyway, I hope that Izuru get's Vol. 8 out soon. I'm already thinking of future arcs after the first story arc, and with how things are going on Canon's end... it's not going to go as far as I want it.

They can make an anime original ending. Do you honestly think all of them are in it for the satisfaction for the viewers? Nope, most of them are doing their jobs and getting paid.

Going to class, responses will e sporadic.

Or It'll be cut short or with original, decidedly unsatisfactory ending

@ Jak - You can make your own arcs, just follow the canon rules if you have to.

@ Senpai - Original endings can be satisfying. Look at FMA.

If they were to do that, then there would probably be no more IS anime and would leave the viewers hanging.

Look at what happened to Claymore. Claymore is a Manga series that has an anime adaptation. But the anime adaptation strayed off of the Manga in the last part of the storyline. The manga had 13 volumes out when the anime was made and broadcasted at the time. Ep. 1-24 of the anime covered the first 11 volumes of the manga, but then it strayed off with the last 2 episodes because the anime practically caught up to the manga. And because of how the anime ended, there's virtually no possibilty for a 2nd anime season for Claymore.

Same goes with Blue Exorcist. It practically pulled off a Claymore and they both left the viewers hanging.

Okay, I'm having some doubts on having a female OC in my fic. Because I have a feeling that it's going to cause some issues with what I currently have right now.

Any thoughts guys? Now would be a good time before I catch some Zs.

- That's not always a good thing. I was always disappointed with the latter part of the Rurouni Kenshin TV series for introducing filler episodes that ensured they couldn't follow the manga's Enishi storyline.

The issue with IS I see is that there's a BIG potential for story depth but either Yumizuru or the editors keep skirting around it with Harem antics.

All I was trying to say is, give the Light Novels more time to get ahead so it can have more content.

Last thing we all want are filler episodes.

As I told you, female OC is considered fresh and we have an open opportunity to explore.

If you felt it would be problematic, then it will be one, if not, then it's a good chance.

Side note - I.S. doesn't have any room for filler because it lacked decent plot to begin with.

A reboot would be nice but seeing how things are progressing, I guess it's a little to early to call for one.

Fic-side: Chapter 9 is going slooow~ Having a wee bit of trouble trying to come up with plausible reactions from Maya and Chifuyu when they watch the recorded footage of the duel between Tsurugi and Cecilia.
