It looks like you're heavy on comedy with a bit of action and romance.

You haven't seen Clannad or Mahoromatic (both seasons), so you should try that. If you don't mind music, then you should try Nodame Cantabile. Onegai Teacher and Onegai Twins are also good sources of comedy/romance.

I see that you've seen Kimi ga Nozomu Eien. Depending on how much you like that, similar "serious" romances include Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, 5 Centimeters per Second, or The Place Promised in Our Early Days.

My personal two favorites that you should watch that kind of fits are Manabi Straight! and Cardcaptor Sakura,

If you liked Scrapped Princess, you should give Last Exile a try.

Last Exile has one of the most AMAZING artwork I've seen, almost too good to be true. The storyline is pretty close to Scrapped Princess, but I won't spoil anything.

OP rated Kimi ga Nozomu Eien a ten, though a little over alf the list is rated ten as well.
I'll second whatever KholdSecks says, and also say that you shouldn't have dropped Kanon after one episode (wtf?), unless it was something as atrocious as Dragonaut, give any anime at least 3-4 episodes.

Also, win for having the lowest compatibility I've ever seen. (31.3%)

Actually, I would recommend against Clannad because it seems that OP dislikes Key-KyoAni character designs, having dropped both Air and Kanon 2006 within four and one episode, respectively, and having rated Toei's adaptation higher.

Maybe Code Geass since you like Full Metal Panic! that much, it's another mecha anime, except with less romantic comedy and high school life and more smarts and action. One of the mecha in Code Geass looks like it might have been ripped off of the Arbalest, too. (Kidding.)

Spice and Wolf. Its like the new thing.
The episodes start off slow but it gets better and better. Plus, Horo is the sex.

Spice and Wolf was a new thing four months ago and was the new thing for maybe three weeks following that.
It gets pretty old and Horo is pretty overrated.
But yes, she's still better than C.C. and I did vote for her.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn! has a mix of great comedy, action (though the serious parts only start in ep 19, but it's worth it) and some romance. The fights in REBORN is pretty original and addicting, and the serious gets really good from ep 19 onward. The anime is currently on ep 77, starting the fourth season - the Future Arc.

Since you've seen Girls Bravo, you probably wont mind nudity...I would suggest Elfen lied, a great/sad romance story...There's lots of nudity and blood/gore...But a brilliant anime indeed

Mmm well it seems you're really into the typical shounen stuff... I recommend all the animes in bold

Since you liked Ichigo 100%... try They are my Noble Masters -Master and servant story with a lot of fanservice- mmm you could also try Hayate no Gotoku -another servant and maid story but with much less fanservice, however I think this one is funnier-

If you want action a very popular action manga is One Piece -It's about pirates- you don't have it on your list, you could also try Black Cat -about a former legendary assassin- Though I would recommend the manga much more than the anime. Oh Kiba was also a pretty good action anime
