Doubt that something like that is going to happen. In the first place, if Ophis had managed to gain control over her stolen power ... she would most likely take it, to regain her former strength (since, she feels weak, at her current level of power).

In the first place, it depends on what kind of form, her stolen power is going to take, if it would be absorbed by someone from the Khaos Brigade then I doubt that she would be capable of regaining it - not to mention, we honestly don't know if the method used to steal this power from Ophis, hadn't some kind of side effect, that would prevent the original user from absorbing it.

For me the power of Ophis is inside the Evil Dragons. And i think that she will recover it after issei defeat that evil dragons.

um looks like there's a misunderstanding .. the author only said that there planning to put the girls (like grayfia , serafall , sona , kuroka and le-fay ) as the cover for the vol because the'y running out of option..

While, there is a possibility of that ... it's also possible that this power has been spent, in other words used up, during the resurrection spell (which, in my opinion, might require quite a lot of power to be successful).

Finally, there is also the fact that with her full power revived, she might not be permitted to say in Ise's house anymore ... since even in her weakened state, there have been many seals placed on her, before she was allowed to live in Ise's house.

I figured that it was the Sephiroth Graal that was being used on the Evil Dragons. The situations seem the same.

If I remember correctly, it was nOm@n who said that volume 16 is going to focus on Gasper. While, it doesn't prevent some other girl from Ise's harem to have some slight development, but it will probably be only some minor developments.

Well based on Issei's description and internal dialogue about their cooking:

1. Akeno (Another reason I have her at number 1 is that according to Rias, Issei praises her cooking more than her's)
2. Rias
3. Asia
4. Ross
5. Ravel
6. Koneko
7. Irina and Xenovia

I'd probably put Kiba either above Asia or Ross and Gasper is tied with Irina and Xenovia.

My list would consist of

1) Asia is first on my list because she is the closest girl to get the secret taste of the Hyoudou family. Asia been traveling for sometime, I believe she must be the one who taught Rias and Akeno how to make European and Chinese dishes in the household. Asia had a rough life, she most likely learn a lot of cooking styles and cuisines. It has been acknowledge by Ise that Asia has something special in her cooking.

2) Akeno is said to have a maternal feel of cooking. In American terms, a comfort feeling like a Thanksgiving kind of feel. Considering that Akeno's background, she probably helped in the kitchen with her mother. Even when she became a Devil, she was a low class Devil though I am sure that Rias will ensure her royal cooks will provide Akeno a good meal. Somehow I feel that Akeno prefers to cook on her own even then. She isn't too much into tradition or into culture, so she is more tolerant to try out different style of cooking.

3) Rias is a good cook. Ise already voice that he is grateful to be alive to eat her cooking. Despite Rias saying she don't want to be pampered, she was most likely was when she was young so I feel that her Royal cooks prepared most of her meals when she was young. Rias love Japanese cultures, so she is probably the top Chef when it comes to Japanese food than Asia or Akeno. Due to her deep love for Japanese culture, I think she would struggle to trying out new style of culture food in particular when you consider the culture difference. For example, Japanese cooking usually consist of Seafood, Soy sauce, regional herbs, rice, and of course noodles while European consist of dairy, olive oil, breads, pasta, potatoes, and cattle and often time lamb. I find these differences a bit too much for Rias to adapt so quickly, but she will excel if given time.

4) Rossweisse, her cooking haven't been mentioned a lot but show signs of great interest. She hinted that she cooks the cuisine native to Valhalla, primarily most likely European. Considering the level of details and her serving Odin, her boss and God, she must have a considerable or decent level of cooking skills. She also adapts her recipes to fit the need or consideration for her eaters, in particular Ise during volume 13, life 3, part 2 she made a nutritional biscuit type of food and added sugar to allow Ise to down it easier. She may be the biggest expert when it comes to European cuisine, even more so than Kiba I believe.

5) Ravel, her skills of lunch and dinner haven't been noted so it is unknown. Her only skills that been revealed is her skills of breakfast and desserts. Well to precise, the pancakes she made during volume 13, life 4, part 4 is her only breakfast item. Still, pancakes is an old American classic and she was able to make great ones base on Ise's response to them. She shown adaptability when she made those pancakes despite the limited ingredients. She could probably make amazing Belgium Waffles. For dessert, okay, if no one knows how good she is with desserts than you have not been truly reading. Its been noted that Ravel when she was young and part of Raiser's group she would cook desserts as a passion. Sweets and desserts is most likely the hardest to cook because one must balance the level of sweetness of the cuisine and its one of the types of cuisine where you will not be let off the hook if overcooked.

6) Koneko, is kind of blank. Not much is known about her cooking. Though she is shown to try anything to elevate her standing in the harem since her body isn't at the point where Ise desires it. Knowing that, she would most likely not try to compete with Rias, Akeno, Asia, Ravel, and Rossweisse in cuisines they excel at knowing she can't surpass them. Its been known she loved snacks and tasty convenient food. If I had to pick what type of cuisine that Koneko would excel at, it would be American cuisine. Wow.... Just wow. Amazing attention to detail.
But here's my changes.

The rest of the list is pretty much the same as yours. Granted the difference in cooking is not much miniscule to be exact but you can't deny that Akeko gets the most praise, while Asia was deemed a successor to the Hyoudou taste and Rias is has the [First Wife] perk.
