I read the prolong and chapter 1 but I can't picture how this story would go. Merging the origin world to beta world and the world where Nanoha came from? that's what I get with chapter 1. I imagine them turning into food for Beta. They can't fly at all because they will be laser spam by Beta.

The problem with the magic system in Nanoha is that it is so vague that someone who don't think things through, and is a total fanboy of the franchise, can easily and totally go into the Infinite Power fallacy.

Well the magic system of nanoha is just beam spam which doesn't really follow a set of magic system or rules which other use or we are familiar with (well its alien magic with the use of device or A.I machine to do the computation and let your mind do the imagination and run wild). Like in nasu or tamni verse magic system. For me its like the nanoha magic system is like power system of DBZ or the likes of that. Not to mention the current battles in nanoha manga.

I don't think a cross over with that kind of story would work.

The big question about its magic system is, "What's its limits? How much can their shields stop in the field of kinetics, chemical, bacteriological and nuclear damage?" , too little and you have their fans throwing a fit about how their mages are not that weak. too much and you can't think of a credible threat. Even the limit of their magic energy pool seems to be "As the plot demands it."

that's why it reminds me of Dragonball type of anime

The S+ SS class mage reminds me of saiyan. They can do anything as long as the story requires it

Exactly. For example, does a shield that can tank Nanoha's Divine Buster Extension have the power to do the same to the non-magical shot of a Laser Class? (And speaking of Laser Class, let's not forget Nanoha's "casting time as the plot demands" issue as well.) Though truthfully, Nanoha crossovers get into the "orbital bombardment with energy weapons" issue, if you have a fleet of Bureau warships rain fire from their main batteries down on the BETA (or Arc-en-Ciel a few hives: all the destructiveness of nukes, without the ability to bunker against it, no projectile to shoot down, and none of that messy post-detonation radioactive fallout).

Ikagura will go DOWN!!! and it looks like the whole nation is watching this one fight. I can see a political twist knowing that Meiya the sister of shogun is the one registered piloting the mech. They could use that for political means and hide the fact on who is piloting it at the moment.

Just read Paul xion latest chapter , Shirogane in Takemikazuchi pulled ZOE (ZONE OF THE ENDER) moves on the opposing TSF , all that i can said after this the reminding branches of royal family the Imperial army and UN ETC can't ignore Takeru anymore , he like a open secret now

and props to Hibiki ( All that i know about that guy was in the wiki... )

The UN army or rather all that was watching it beside UN army will think his an awesome pilot and for UN army they still think its Meiya. Unless his identity is revealed in this fight. They can still hide Takeru's identity.
